staff were not very enthusiastic and had very miserable faces.
we ordered our drinks when we arrived to our lane they came 5 mins before we finished( 20 mins after we ordered), this was after we asked what was taking so long

Staff need to get different jobs
Used the qr code in the lane to order drinks, after 15 mins still not received, saw a member of staff nearby and asked about my order , to be told it’s only been 15 mins you can always go and get it yourself!!!!! Went to the bar area after a further 5 mins four members of staff just chatting amongst themselves no customers. I asked about my drinks order , oh sorry will do it now so I returned to the lane after a further 5 mins the drinks arrived, one was a bottle of j20 which obviously had not been shaken as all the fruit juice was at the bottom of the bottle, asked if it would be possible to have a straw ! Never arrived
Don’t offer a service if you can not deliver it

Younger staff unhelpful and food not good!
The younger staff were changing the music (to their taste) and skipping it half way through songs. It was very irritating. I found that they were just messing around and when there was a big queue at the bar they didn’t help and were just on their phones and walking around the vicinity.
The food was quite awful too. Very overcooked and dry. (Southern fried burger).
We found the whole thing quite rubbish actually.

we had a lovely time playing bowling however
we had a lovely time playing bowling and then we thought we would do laser quest that was fun until, one of the staff members jason joined in. we expressed that we did not want him to join in however he didn’t stop

Enjoyable visit
It was a better experience than a few weeks ago 👍🏻 Everything working properly & plenty of bowling balls of various weights available.
Only disappoint was there were no hot drinks available due to lack of cups...🙈

Bad customer service
Visited the soft play with my 6 year old daughter and my 5 year old son.
A boy was swearing in the soft play at people including my kids. My 6 year old came out with another young girl who was also being sworn at. I asked them to tell the workers so they could address it.
The workers then came out to tell me that my daughter was swearing and this is just to give a warning if it happens again she will need to leave. The other girl also got the same message.
I went to the worker and other girls parents who were angry by this message as neither of our children has done anything and were the ones who reported another child’s behaviour.
I advised the parents that there has been an error made which the other parents agreed but were unhappy at this accusation. The worker called someone who I believe was a manager who simply brushed it off and said that they made a mistake and the workers were only young. No apology and she just walked off with an annoyed look.
This has upset my daughter who has never said a bad word ever in her life to anyone and caused her to be distressed. My som also came out shortly after reporting a boy was using bad words. Given the incident I decided to leave as clearly staff were not addressing the issue. If there is a training issue then ultimately this is down to Tenpin and the management should take some ownership not just brush things off.

Faulty lane and cold food
We were told to move lanes after ours kept saying there was a fault so when we changed to the lane they told us another family was on it. It changed to our names but the people were told to keep playing even on our names. I did ask the manager to reset it but it took off the last few bowls which was okay. After eventually changing lanes and starting the game again (took about 20 mins) I had to ask other lanes for bowling balls as we had two heavy ones for 2 children to use and all the other lanes had loads. We then ordered food. Food came and was cold and horrid. We ordered two Pepsi’s and said that the syrup needed changing but the girl was new and had no idea so she brought us two Pepsi max’s which didn’t get drunk as the two people drinking them don’t like diet drinks. Overall was a disaster.

Tenpin Coventry top tier
Really good site. Coventry venue has so much going on. Soft play is huge and great for families with young kids. Really quick service at the bar which was nice. Bowling was great too. Would definitely recommend for a family day out.

Wait for drinks let you down
Staff worked very hard to accommodate our group moving us to a lane with nobody else playing near us and moving us to the next lane when the buffer malfunctioned. I would love to have given you 5 stars but ordered drinks to the table via the Web page..had to go and fetch them myself after 40 minutes.

I booked bowling and a karaoke room for…
I booked bowling and a karaoke room for my daughter and some of her friends for her 7th birthday. The children really enjoyed themselves and we felt that it was great value for money.
However, we did have food included with the deal I booked, which unfortunately was terrible. Non of the children or the adult booked on, ate it which was a shame.
The karaoke room was great, though the room we initially went in was not working but this was rectified by the staff and we moved into the room next door.

New soft play was brilliant, staff are terrible.
New soft play was brilliant, very impressed. However staff are terrible on the bar area. Ordered drinks to my table, after 15 minutes went to the bar to find 5 staff just chatting and my receipt sitting on the back bar. Then ordered food for my children and had to send it all back, and remade.
