Worth it for the Tuesday deal but when we got to our lane it was covered in drinks and food, the line for drinks took a long time, handful of the machines were broken and only one change and one ticket machine was working meaning there were lines for both. We had fun becuase we made it fun

Bowling feels like a side hustle
Mid week deals pretty good but the staff just don’t really care about anything but selling alcohol and they always bunch people together or let people pay for one person and have 8 on the lane.

We started late because the staff had a problem with organising.
Then we wanted to buy cider and they said that they have just apple so we agreed to buy and another lady came and said that they don't sell cider now they just sell beer that is more expensive. We didn't want beer so we didn't buy anything.
Horrible experience.

We came with family for a fun time with kids we had drinks at the table which me and husband sat at staff member came started putting drinks in to a jug as waste without asking, we looked at her and she said are you finished it was to late so we said yes she spilt drinks on table and never came back to clear the mess she came back after I spoke to other staff she said I will bring tissues for you to clean we gave her a look and she cleaned as she was leaving banged her trolley in to my disabled husbandd chair on purpose staff also need to be polite to kids when they win there tickets and not sigh at them

Coventry - would not return
Poor customer service - staff were unwelcoming, dismissive, disinterested and verging on incompetent. They actively ignored customers who were waiting to be served and had a terrible attitude.
The whole place was unbearably hot and had an awful smell which resulted in us leaving early and not finishing our second game.
Would not return.

Nice Experience
Was okay. We had fun bowling. It took a while for the staff to clean up the lane we were assigned but this didn't dampen our fun.

Fitted 18 of us in as a family at time we wanted. Everyone enjoyed the session, though the noise level was unnecessarily high from all the games

On lane 12 - tried to get the barriers up for the children but the left one didn’t work and lost 20 minutes with an alarm going off our our lane but no one was there to help

I probably won't return to Tenpin in Coventry, air conditioning was broken, it was very hot in there, we had to leave half way through the 2nd game, the staff didn't know what they were doing, it was very poor, I have made a complaint no one got back

Dissapointing visit dont go on a hot day
It was a very hot day out when visiting and when we enterd the building there was no aircon it was way too hot to enjoy the experience even the staff were walking round with fans in their hands come on you need aircon in todays era not a very nice experience.
Then had to wait ages for drinks and chips plus when food is deliverd there should be cutlery not everyone wants to eat with dirty hands not good that either. Also we orderd a large chips large i mean there was hardly enough to feed a 5year old you are way too stingy with food portions but not stingy on prices.
Plus to top it off the reception area why has it moved you have to walk way too far to get to it who ever thought of that idea needs more training you should walk in to be greeted by nice smiley reception staff but no you have to walk half a mile to find it again not a great experience place used to be nice whats happened.
Manager in charge get aircon quicker staff in kitchen and bar area move reception area back
bigger food portions then you wont get reviews like this.
