Bought an intergrated dishwasher from Teknix and it has been a total waste of money. We’ve had it for around a month now and approximately 9 out 10 times has resulted in having to rewash the items at the end of the cycles. We’ve have had a dishwasher for many years so are familiar with how to load for optimum washing, but this brand fails miserably.
There is a cutlery drawer at the top, instead of the usual basket which isn’t fit for purpose- all knives, forks, spoons etc have to be rewashed by hand. Roasting trays come out still greasy even after washing on the hottest temperature. The blurb says no need to rinse prior to placing in the machine but you really do!
Also the delay start doesn’t work. You can set the timer to come on, which it does but stops every time with around 90 minutes remaining and won’t complete the full cycle.
Very disappointing and a waste of money.

No spares and no feed back.
Asked to look at 3kg vented dryer, always took hours dry and warm up. Lots of online say same vs lots say good so best guess is wrong PTC heater's have been fitted to different batch's. Only spare on the site is for a micro-switch for £15.53 plus shipping plus 3 weeks!!!!
Pathetic - Right to Repair

Registering my product. staff are very helpful and polite and was very easy to do .also the people that delivered my product they also were very helpful and very polite.

We have only had the freezer for a week but we are very impressed with it. It was a good price as well.

It took me seven attempts to get to talk to someone. Got through to company to submit my details for guarantee. There was only two options to choose from. It was then a never ending loop , I got so frustrated . When I did eventually get through, the lady was great , very helpful, very knowledgeable. All round nice and friendly. Thank-you for saving my sanity

Your staff are very good at there job , and very helpful and patient as I had to find the model number of my fridge freezer.

Very quick and easy

It was a great service. The call handler was very friendly and polite and didnt put me under any pressure to purchase any other extended warranty. So we sorted one just how I wanted it.

Phoned to register my washing machine staff member was very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble and it’s a free number Excellent Teknix washing machine.

2year warranty Not worth The Paper it’s written on & the staff when you actually get to speak to them are a waste of time .

Purchased a Teknix single build in oven which is 7 months old & used very little ( used even less now with the door fault ) so when i cook certain foods in it like Roast chicken moisture from the chicken runs out from the bottom of the oven door & in to my newly fitted kitchen which in turn does not do my kitchen unit any good at all

When i finally got to speak with the warranty department & explain the above i was told the door & seal is not a working part of the appliance so no coverage of warranty really? She also asked me to tilt my oven slightly back to stop it dripping glad this person did not fit my appliance .

Just what you want to do when it sits in a completely square housing ?

Could not believe what i was being told she even said this was confirmed by her supervisor that the oven is not covered by warranty & also make the appliance adjustments.

If i had looked at trust pilot before buying this appliance I would totally look elsewhere plus my other fear is i purchased a Teknix hob god forbid nothing goes wrong with that .

I was left feeling it was a complete waste of my time & effort me contacting Teknix with my issue because nobody wanted to resolve it at all so the only action they have left me with was to write this report of my experience please look at other peoples previous 1 star reviews nothing has changed SHAME ON YOU Teknix .

4 of September THINGS TAKE A MASSIVE TURN FOR THE WORST Please , please read this email below i have send to Teknix BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY TEKNIX APPLIANCE THIS COULD BE YOU NEXT

On Friday the 29th of August i was left a message on my phone form Teknix to speak to them regarding an engineer was going to look at the fault i had complained about on my oven door being faulty which they said that the door & seal was not covered by the warranty

The reason they decided to call me back after Teknix had washed their hands on the problem was because i had left a bad & honest report on trust pilot & did not look well on the company.

When I called Teknix on the 29of August i was only told by the operator that a engineer would be ringing me to arrange a time to come & look at the oven nothing at all was said about no fault found I would pay the call out bill plus i want to receive the recording of that particular conversation we had on that day regarding a engineer future visit.

When I received the call from the engineer I missed the call but was left a recorded message noting was said on that message that if in his eyes no fault was found I would pay the call out charge ( which I still have on my phone ) just a date that he can come & look on Monday 1st between 13.30 & 15.30 please text him back if that was fine which i did

When the engineer arrived & looked at the oven in his eyes he said the oven was not getting sufficient air flow round it & suggested I improve it nor did he say I would be receiving his call out bill regarding what he thought was the problem

4th of September I received your bill firstly no time has being given yet to see if sufficient air flow was actually the fault ? & more to the point why am I receiving a bill when nobody whatsoever as told me that in the eyes of the engineer no fault was found i pay the bill.

I would also like to say a will be going directly back to Trust pilot to let the public know what a fiasco goes off when you get a so called 2year warranty with Teknix appliance if i am asked to pay this call out charge especially regarding the circumstances i have detailed in the above email.

I Basically refuse to pay this call out charge on the evidence i have notified you of .

Would just like to point out on your reply NO PROMT ACTION was taken because this would have been carried out when I contacted you’re service department in the fist place you clearly did this after my review .

Plus you saying that it was a good will gesture to pay the call out charge is a joke you where morally right to pay that bill in the first place plus it should have been taken into account the distress this caused to your so called customers thanks for nothing Tenkin.

One very unhappy so called customer.

Do not be Fooled by the 5 star Reviews they are only on New purchases not problem solving read the 1/ 2 star when you actually need help .

Very good service and delivery time, happy with my new fridge freezer

Absolutely love the Teknix BITHTL integrated larder fridge. The large space means that everything is visible and easily organised and the extra light is a bonus. The customer service was second to none and our thanks go out to all who assisted us.

We bought a Teknix washing machine a few years ago and we were so impressed with it that we bought a Teknix fridge freezer last week. Fabulous quality, can’t fault them!

Excellent quality product, well built and sturdy, from a manufacturer I'd never even considered, will definitely be looking at their other range in the future
