Great service delivery on time information accurate

When I rang to register my warranty on my new fridge freezer a very nice gentleman was very polite and helpful.

The young man in the shop was very helpful. We needed a fridge freezer urgently and was going to take it home with us but he told us there was no need as he could have it delivered to our home within an hour free of charge. As to his word, it was delivered on time . Would definitely use them again .

Very happy with the fridge freezer. The delivery guys were very helpful and did everything for me, including taking away my old one and all the packaging

The fridge came with a combination of door accessories. The fridge light is flush with the frame so it doesn't take space in the fridge.
The fridge needed to be raised 2cm from the floor (not in the instuctions) to allow for the cupboard doors to align.

Very nice product and very neat design.

Registration on line very easy I was given a Teknix freezer as a replacement for a faulty one that was another make but I am very happy with my new Teknix

The item I chose was comparible

I liked look of the washer and it's 12kg weight,We didn't need a new washer, but we had a new kitchen and as we had buy a new f/f & tumble dryer, we thought we would get new everything and go silver appliances as they went with new kitchen well, it isn't over noisey, sounds very smooth. Quality of product is good, simple to use.

Received fridge freezer today and my only complaint so far (only just installed it) is that it does not look like the picture on the website. What appears in the picture is a larger fridge door than freezer, like my current Bosch. What arrived had two identical doors, end result smaller fridge than expected.

Very expensive fridge and both lights stopped working inside in under a year. Refusing to fix because it's in a small hostel. Absolutely no different to the use it would get in a house. Save your money and buy a decent product.
