Bought a Teknix washing machine & it's a great purchase, easy to in-stall & work, does the job great, nice & quiet compared to my other one!...

Contacted the shop in the morning and delivered in the afternoon great service, setting up the warranty was quite easy but some boxes were unable to enter in and in the end I think I registered twice

I have no complaints whatsoever with the washing machine itself. However, when I telephoned to register the machine, I went through all the basics name and address etc then I was asked about extra warranty cover, I said thank you but I was not interested , but the lady on the phone continued to try and push it, she kept asking 'so do you keep money to one side for emergency repairs, and have you got cover on your other electric appliy, and if so why not on the washing machine you've just bought? My answers continued to be ' no thank you i'm not interested, and in the end I said " would you mind just completing the registration please " she then went quiet and then put the phone down. I wasn't sure if I hade completed the registration because I was never asked the serial number of the machine. I redid the registration online just in case, and to be honest the questions about extra warranty there was something similar to the phone call, It was hard to say no thanks and just log off!

It took several attempts to complete the warranty application.Not very helpful, kept repeating submission.

Teknix table top larder fridge: decent enough little fridge; but there are several annoying problems. The temperature control is on the back of the fridge, very inconvenient indeed. The serial number is on the inside wall, low down, and because of the small size of the interior, almost impossible to see or photograph. Unable to register online because the model number was not in the dropdown menu. No vegetable drawer, just an open space, so things at risk of falling out when you open the door.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt welcomed I picked the cooker I wanted there was no pressure to buy and then was told the same cooker I could have in different color which was great .
I was told when delivery would take place and what time ,when it was delivered the two staff went above and beyond couldn't thank them enough great cooker,great service very happy will be using them again .

Purchased my Teknix tumble dryer and cooker hood from RNW.
Really pleased with the performance and look of the products, very well made and excellent value for money.

I bought a new TKGD60 cooker from my local dealer. I brought it back home in all of it's packaging and plugged it in, no gas connected at this point. Straight away one of the ignitors did not work, all the others clicked and sparked but one did nothing. I phoned the shop who gave me the warranty claims phone number. I called them straight away and told them the problem. I was told that because it did not work from the start it was not covered by the warranty, it was only covered if it worked then broke. They said go back to the shop. I did, they couldn't believe it and said they would get in touch with them and get them to call me. Nothing happened so I went into the shop and went through it all again. I then got a call and told them every thing again. This time I was told by Chloe that I was not covered because I couldn't give them the gas fitting engineers name. This is nothing to do with gas, it's a fault with an electrical switch, it doesn't need to be connected to gas to find this out. She asked her manager and was told we were not covered. I asked to speak to the manager but was told that she was not available. I don't need an electrical engineer to plug in a three pin plug! It was not working and it is nothing to do with gas instillation! So, if you buy one of their products you are not covered if it is fault in manufacturer from day one. I will never buy anything else made by this company and suggest that you should buy elsewhere.

Great freezer and at a better price than equivalent rivals. Much more room than the similar size that it is replacing. Delivery was fairly quick and efficient. Very pleased.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician over the phone, registering my new products was very easy and pleasant.
