I would’ve gave it a negative star but it wasn’t an option. Ordered a frig $139 waited 21 days tracked it daily and all I received was a phone charger. I’ve called and emailed and no response. Such a rip off. I can’t get hold of anyone. Pisses me off to no end. Never again will I ever order from this company again.

Teknivo out right ripped me off. The only thing they gave me was a long , dragged out, run around. I ordered a three wheel E-Bike on 10/4/25, from Teknivo dot com, for $93.90 after taxes and a $4 rush fee, yeah right. They said it shipped from China with a foreign package handler tracking number. It supposedly took for ever to get to America. Then when it allegedly gets here it keeps the same foreign delivery company's tracking number. Not any delivery company in the U.S.A., like it should. I doubt that foreign company operates on America soil. That was about the 3 Red Flag. First red flag being their website states, "made in America". So you're telling me they make them in America but ship them to China. Only to ship them back to you through this Chinese Delivery company that operates in the U.S.A.. Get out of here. Second red flag, I went online and people were saying that, Teknivo are scamming. So I contacted their support at teknivo dot com on 10-17-25. They sent me the same tracking number, saying it was on the way. On 10-21-25 the tracking number said it was delivered to my Post Office Box that day at 8am. I go to the Post Office and give them my ID and ask if there is anything for me that wouldn't fit in my PO Box, since it's the smallest PO Box they offer. They look everywhere and found nothing nowherer. I should have known, if it seems too good to be true it's because it is. All other Legitimate E-Bikes don't start at less than a hundred dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMING THIEVES. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND.

Ordered a shark chair and they sent me an old iPhone charging cable .... What a scam!!!

They are in the process of ripping me off. I bought 3 items paid $123.00 the items never came initially when I asked for the refund they said they would refund my money the next day I got an email sayin the wee giving me a partial they suck don’t buy from the I believe they are a scam refund of $41

Ordered a shark nest chair ($59) and received a charger cable. Definitely a scam.

Scam. I received a phone charger instead of two shark chairs I ordered. I had to do a chargeback on my credit card and they sent me an email asking why.

These ppl are like a snake in the grass they at first did not take my card as payment and then when I didn't click on the payover time that's what apparently they chose that still didn't go through and then when they finally did take my money a day later it's supposed to be refunded but I'm still waiting on the refund is supposed to happen in 24 hours now I say in 10 days before it is refunded save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from these people

Ordered a 204$ scanner. Got a 6” phone charger. Scam artist like this have a special place in hell even if they have fine print.

Fake fake fake. I ordered a plastic playground for my granddaughter. I was so excited to get it so I tracked the order like crazy. Finally got the alert that my package was delivered. When I got home, I ripped the tiny package open and it was a charger. They sent me a small little charger, thinking they sent something so they would have a tracking number. Fake. Don’t waist your time.

I ordered a mini e bike spender $220 waited 3 weeks for them to send me a used dirty iPhone charger. Said it was a logistics issue. Said they give me a refund then no other response after i threatened to turn them into the Better Business Bureau.

Also said I can keep the used iPhone charger as a token as gratitude for their trust and loyalty which again was a scam. I paid over 200
Dollars for a three
Blamed it on the logistics waited three weeks now they’re saying I have to wait an additional week to get my money back. Complete camp will never go through them again.

Biggest scammers ever don't but anything you will end up with a charge cable instead of what you ordered con artist big hype and game but you will get ripped off file a complaint with federal trade and security fraud cause they probably make millions on ripping people off

This site is 100% a scam, they are "selling" my product which is not commercialized yet with no authorization. Beware who you send your money to.

Scammers- don't do it

They almost got me smh but reading is fundamental lol they say in their policy they are not responsible for giving you the product they promised and you paid for. It’s subjective and unrealistic.
