Ordered a teknivo shark lounger for my grandson for Christmas & it showed tracking at first but nothing now & website doesn't come up. I really couldn't afford it and now I can't get anything. How can these sites post items for sale??? The site where advertised should have to check & approve the advertisers.

Purchased juicer, got shipping info, can't tract or contact and now says delivered but its not. this was on facebook.

Scammers. Do not buy anything.

Purchased a product or at least I thought I did. They took my money sent me a conformation # and I can't then nothing. Tried emailing the company, tried to go to their website and nothing. My purchase isn't even visible anymore on my shop app like it was.

scammmmm! should've read reviews before i purchased these "big shark nest loungers for the kids for xmas" noticed i never got a confirmation, gave it 2 weeks later no email , decided to check reviews and shows its a scam! went back on my "shop" orders, and click on the link and the site is gone! thankgod i have amex !

This is a scam. I paid $229 for a dump cart and the website is gone. Is it possible to file a class action lawsuit against Facebook?

I purchased a golf bag, received a phone charger, the next day the website disappeared.

Total scam! Ordered a golf bag. Tracked it for about 3 weeks. It finally showed delivered, but to my mailbox! Tried to contact them but email address now sends errors back. I have no recourse at this time other than to stop Shop installments. Do not buy from Teknivo!

This is absolutely a scam. Do not buy. They took my money $100 and send me a 2” charger. This is not ok. They need to be shut down. Facebook/ Meta needs to handle this.

I ordered a backup camera from them and got a usb cable. I emailed them and they said that they issued me a full refund and I should have it in one to three business days. The three days are up and I still haven’t received my refund.

I ordered two of the Elara enclosed E-bikes For $320.00. They sent me a way to track it and I did. The last message I got was that it was due to be delivered at 9 pm on 10-20-25. Who delivers to a business at that time of night? Now I can't access the website, I have no way to call them. Can anyone help?

They took my money out right away, received confirmation and order #. Never heard from them. Website non-existent. DO NOT BUY. Product Teknivo rise assist.

My question (After being scammed) is, WHY DOES FACEBOOK ALLOW THESE ADVERTISEMENTS TO EVEN EXIST ON THIER PLATFORM ? I'm almost as mad at Jeff Zuckerberg/META/FaceBook as I am at myself.. The P.O.S. (Fake Company) that enticed me to make a "To Good to be True" purchase, and provide my credit card information to possibly get further taken advantage of...

I will not buy anything from this place again I Glad they refunded my money but hell no will i ever go back to this shitty website anymore I will be calling the federal trade and having this website taken down and have their jobs gone Literally They Sent Me A Damn IPhone Charger that I didn't even order so never will I ever trust this again

This is a scam! I bought it, and the shipping said delivered it after 20 days, so can’t cancel the payment! Never received anything. Stay away!!!! 100% scam

Absolutely a SCAM!!! I Ordered and 2 days later the website was gone 404. Customer service email bogus too. They used Shopify I thought it was legit. Does any know how to get the money back?
