Amazing response e mailed company after 5pm on Wed e ening, received reply later that evening.
Gave them my company details.
Called next morning & paid fee over phone.
Engineer arrived at 1.15pm the same afternoon.
From e mail to repair in less than 24hrs is amazing.

I looked Teffont up online, explained what I needed which was a service on a printer, I spoke to Debbie, who was courteous and knew exactly what I required, the engineer was booked at short notice, he arrived and was very thorough. We were very satisfied with the service and quality of after sales provided by Debbie and Tony.

This was not the first time we have used Teffont to fix our printer and as before the service we received was 1st class whether dealing with the in house staff or the on site technician.

Massive over charging for spare parts (found alternative suppliers very easily all quoting at least 30%-40% less that Teffont) - very dodgy and soon to be illegal practice of making a surcharge for payment by credit or debit cards - and attempting to grab even more profit for quoting £138 to fit a spare part which their engineer specifically stated could be fitted by anyone in under 1 minute.

Engineer was efficient but company practices highly questionable on all fronts.

I've dealt with Kerri Wall on two occasion by telephone and although I didn't purchase goods or services from her I found her to be a charming, attentive and very professional young lady who was able to provide me with lots of options regarding my enquiry.

In summary, Kerri is a credit to your company and you should be grateful you have the benefit of her charming bubbly nature.

This company failed to repair my printers the first time around after an unacceptable wait and cost.

After returning them, I had to hassle them for months to get our two printers repaired, most of my requests and emails were ignored and had to be repeatedly chased.

I was continually fobbed off with excuses that conflicted with previous emails and statements made by others at Teffont.

They offered no complementary discount for the second round of repairs, I had to call them and argue that we should receive some recompense for the terrible service.

When printers were eventually repaired, I asked to speak to a technician before they left their premises, this request had to be repeatedly chased, I spoke to a technician after the printers had been shipped a second time, good thing they actually worked that time around.

This company has no idea of good customer service, customer care or how to prioritise their work.

Dealing with this company has been very tiring, very stressful and very expensive.

I had a Brother Printer which was needing a service, but was unsure whether I should purchase a new one for my editorial work for my retired staff association, amongst other things. The member of staff responsible for customer support was very supportive, clearly explaining the costs of servicing and spare parts, as well as giving guidance about a new A3/A4 printer.
She was very helpful throughout the purchase procedure and always willing to answer any questions. The new machine is amazing - fast and high quality for straightforward printing, with one-off photos of excellent quality. There are also many different printing options (e.g. condensing 4 pages of script onto an A4 sheet).
All in all I am very happy with the printer and with the support at Teffont.

Kerri was an ease to converse with and made my sales experience incredibly pleasant. Was overwhelmed by how easy it was.

Amazing service! From initial online chat to the printer being repaired. All was dealt with efficiently by Megan via chat and telephone call and by the engineer who attended and repaired our printer, carrying out the work fully and setting it all back in working order. What a pleasure to find a local company who provide excellent service. A web site query was promptly and very pleasantly responded to with a 'phone call. Our problem was considered un- solvable immediately.'on line' but an engineer was promised for the next day. He arrived on time, spent much time dismantling and testing our machine; all for a very modest charge. We will use them again.

It was my own and our business' first time using Teffont and the experience was excellent. I approached them via their website to request a quotation for a printer service/repair and Megan replied within 1 hour 30 minutes. Less than a further 1 hour 30 minutes after that, the engineer was in our office carrying out the work. Both Megan and the engineer (didn't catch his name, unfortunately) were extremely polite, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. Thanks!

I contacted Teffont Business Systems with an urgent enquiry regarding the servicing of two Oki dot-matrix printers at a site in Bradford, Yorkshire.
I spoke to Megan Phelps and explained the requirement; Megan called me back to confirm that a Teffont engineer could call the same day.
The service charge as listed on the Teffont website, was confirmed by email and was very reasonable with a discount for the second printer.
The order was confirmed and the engineer serviced both printers the same day. I was delighted and thanked Megan for her efficient attention and excellent professional service!

I am a new customer and was impressed with the clear response. Had made an appointment for a site visit which I could not keep at the last moment and this was dealt with very quickly by email by Megan without any problem. The gentleman that came to do the job was again very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand the machine far better.

From the moment I called to enquire about whether or not an engineer could be sent out to fix our printer to the job being completed I was really impressed with the service and how quickly my problem was resolved. There was minumum fuss and it was a competitive call out fee too. I would have no hesitation in using their services again particularly as the person I dealt with (Megan Phelps) was so friendly and helpful too. All in all a great experience!
