Got delivered in 4 days. Around 10-20 euro cheaper than other websites or shops. The only drawback was the website crashes when we try to track the shipment

Have been a regular customer of AMI Gorey for a number of years, as it is the closest bike shop to where I live, and also their mechanic is pretty good and informative.
Bought a lot of Knox gear here the past few years, also jackets, gloves.. bits and bobs, Tyres etc..
Had got all my bikes extras here also..
Used to deal with one very professional guy in Particular. Unfortunately he moved on to another company. AMIs loss.
Had my bike booked in for a service in April, got a call a couple days before hand to say the mechanic was ill, and they would have to reschedule (no worries it happens), wish him a speedy recovery.,
Didn’t offer me a reschedule date and said they would call me back, they didn’t.! I call numerous times over the next 3 weeks to book in and also called into the shop to be told, ‘ we are only taking regulars’ .
So after using this bike shop for the past few years for everything from gear to tyres to bike extras to be told that.! 🙄🙄..
Bad form..!!
Looks like the customer service left the building.
But not to worry, there are plenty other bike shops, taking non regulars too..
