We were having issues with our Xerox printer and was not sure who to contact. I found Teffont and contacted them via email. They responded very quickly, and Ian was excellent at quickly explaining rates and setting up an appointment.

Literally the next day, Steve the engineer arrived and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the different issues with the machine with the benefit of his 20+ years of experience. Not only that, but had everything back up and running better than new shortly after. Excellent all round service. Highly recommended to anyone. Many thanks guys!

We recently instructed Teffont to service and repair our HP laser printer. The whole process was performed extremely efficiently from Kerri booking the appointment, to the engineer, Rob, who came to do the work, who was superb. Rob was extremely knowledgeable about our printer, advised in detail on the printer problem and offered possible solutions to fix our printer. Rob was thorough in his attention to detail both with explaining the printer problem to me and, as equally important in the current lockdown, to safe working practices due Covid. Thank you. We will definitely be using your services in future for our other business printers and I can thoroughly recommend Teffont for printer servicing and repairs.

I would have no hesitation recommending this company. I needed to arrange a service for my printer last year and I simply googled companies that may be able to assist with this. I came across Teffont online and submitted an enquiry which was promptly dealt with by Kerri at Teffont. She was quick to arrange for an engineer to come out and service my printer. Since then, I have needed to source a waste cartridge for my printer - I reached out to Kerri yesterday morning to ask if she could arrange this as I couldn't find the part online. She again responded very quickly and arranged for a part to be sent to me. It was delivered to me this morning which was amazing - an incredibly efficient and helpful service and I will continue to refer back to Teffont for all my printer needs in future. Thanks to the team and especially to Kerri for their help, even in the midst of a pandemic they were amazing.

We'd been having some intermittent jamming issues with our A3 OKI colour laser printer for a while and wanted to get it looked at. We contacted Teffont Business Systems Ltd following an internet search so wasn't sure what to expect. However, they massively exceeded our expectations. Prompt, polite and efficient in getting back to us, they provided a very reasonable quote and had an engineer to us the next day. Darren was absolutely great, helpful and friendly, spending an hour carefully dismantling and cleaning our printer, before finding the problematic component (a feed sensor). The next day we got a quote for the replacement part. Overall, very happy with the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Teffont to anyone looking to get their printer looked at. We'll definitely be back if we have any more issues.

I have an old large format printer which developed a fault, and being based on the Isle of Skye, it was going to be very difficult to get an engineer to come and fix it. Kerri at Teffont was very helpful in helping me diagnose the issue remotely and sourcing the replacement part.
Throughout the process I was kept informed of the delivery, and I had a great customer experience.
I highly recommend Teffont, and they will be my first point of call if I have issues with that printer.

I cannot recommend Teffont highly enough. They are amazingly efficient and helpful. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and can fix pretty much any printer problems immediately. I recently needed a new part fitted. They did all the hard work, and kept me informed every step of the way. Quite simply they are life savers!

Was quoted £140 for a laser repair, after supplying an error code. Engineer turned up but said I had been sent the wrong part. Long pause for lockdown, but after hearing nothing I chased and a second engineer called and said it was a different fault. Teffont wanted another £240 on top to repair this. I was clear up-front that I would not repair the machine if it was uneconomic to do so. Have written several times to ask for at least a partial refund for the part I bought but two emails remain unanswered even after lockdown ceased. Not a great experience so cannot recommend

Called this company after finding them on the internet as my Xerox Phaser printer stopped working, and as I run a Greetings Card company it was imperative that the machine could be repaired quickly.
Initial contact was with Kerri, who was both friendly and professional - she organised an engineer to call out the same day, and was clear about costs.
The engineer, Paul, was also friendly and professional, both in repairing our machine and adhering to the Covid19 situation ( he wore a mask and was fastidious about disinfecting our machine and everything he had touched).
I do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Spectacular service! These guys are GENIUSES and do the IMPOSSIBLE! I was told (by other companies) that my corporate printer Xerox Color Cube 8870 was to be trashed as was irreparable. Not only Rob at Teffont fixed it perfectly in record time but also they offered the most amazing service and prices: the printer was delivered at home perfectly working and tested once into location free of charges. Moreover the cost of providing the parts and the labour itself was reasonable and fuss free. Truly recommend Teffont as solid knowledgeable professionals, honest and trustworthy.
