Not good hairr

Reward program is a little bit misleading Hair definitely gets tangled. And the cuticle is not 100% intact. Quality is not there.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. I never was able to retrieve my order through pickup due to lack of communication and early closure to shop. Even so being the following week, none of my calls are being answered for me to assure shop is open for me to retrieve my order.

Came to store at 10:30AM

Came to store at 10:30AM, to pick up my pair product that was already paid for, and needed it for a very important event on Saturday 9/6, me and other customer try to reach out to someone by phone, while standing in front of the store and didn’t hey no response. That is not good work related.
So I’m needed to know how can this be made up

I love the service

I love the service , down to the time delivery, communication between the company and I making sure I love the hair or had any concerns , on top of that the hair is lovely.

Love the communication! Order came very quick! So far I’ve gotten many compliments not just on the style but from the stylist herself stating that the hair is high quality!! I’m loving it
