Terrible Service! They don't answer emails and Phone calls. Package is delayed for several days already and no reply.

Every time I have ordered, the tracking link is always not accurate, they don't pick up the phone (i have waited for over 30 minutes) and they reply to emails after many days

Το δεμα μου ( 5089134245) ήταν 2 εβδομαδες στην Αθηνα, δεν εγινε ουτε μιση αποπειρα παραδοσης (είμαστε παντα σπίτι) και μετα απο δυο εβδομαδες υπομονης που καναμε, απλά αποφασισαν να επιστρεψουν το δεμα μου στον αποστολέα χωρίς καμια ενημέρωση. Περίμενα τόσο καιρό υπομονετικά και τώρα τα παιδιά μένουν χωρίς τα Χριστουγεννιάτικα δώρα τους. Οταν πληρώνουμε να μας παραδοθεί το δεμα δεν εχουμε ΚΑΜΙΑ ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΣΗ να ερχομαστε στο access point. Υπαρχει λόγος που χρησιμοποιούμε υπηρεσία ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗΣ στον χώρο μας. Εχω καλέσει 3 φορες αυτες τις μερες, δεν το σηκωνουν ποτέ και απλα μου τελειώνει η καρτα στο κινητό. Ντροπή. 100% αντιεπαγγελματίες.

Μου στείλανε σε λάθος Δήμο την παραγγελία δεν την έφεραν στην διεύθυνση μου και πρέπει να πάω 10 km
ούτε με ενημερώσανε sms τηλέφωνο να παω να παραλάβω .

The level of incompetence of this company is beyond words. Every single time they fail to deliver the package on time and I always have to drive to them to pick it up. They never pick up the phone, don't reply to emails and in the rare event that they pick up the phone they are clueless. I trully believe that it's a bunch of apes running the company with a bunch of monkeys working for them. My apologies to the apes and monkeys.

the tracking useless. no updates for 10 days. emails get ignored. i call them and ask them what is happening and where is my package. they say "i don't know."

Parcel no. 4940110490 has arrived in Chania on Tuesday morning, Every day since then I see "Delivery Failure". Today is Friday, again "Delivery Failure".
On contacting my local Chania store on the first day of this delay, they informed me that they had the wrong phone number(!), but the mistake was already corrected(...) and they would deliver the next day. (I proactively asked what the "corrected" phone number was, and it was correct)
Delays can happen, it doesn't make a company lousy. Lying, however, is a lousy practice.

The most rude and unprofessional delivery service ever
Employees of Limassol brunch talk to their clients using swear words. Disgusting
Impossible to get the parcel. Couriers come to your address and force you to come out because they "don't have time to come to the apartment/office". Unbelievable level of awful service.

Today I received an order I placed online and I was waiting for. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. I received updates on my Viber number for every step of the shipping. Everything went smoothly and the driver was very polite. I paid cash on delivery. Well done guys!

The dumbest company I've seen doesn't answer questions and ignores them.And they lost my package, it was a Christmas present.
