Shame on you
Shame on you! I gave your number to a foreign guest. After booking the ride (less than 2.5 km), she was told she would pay a flat rate of 15 euros, but the taxi driver demanded 25 euros. She wasn't able to object and came to complain to me. You should be ashamed, your driver surely took advantage of the fact that she was a young girl alone and, on top of that, a foreigner—racists and sexists! Before posting this, and other reviews, I called customer service to ask for an explanation, which was obviously not provided, nor were any apologies or a refund proposal, which would have been the bare minimum.

Ho dato il vostro numero ad una ospite straniera, prenotata la corsa (di meno di 2,5 km) le è stato detto che avrebbe pagato una tariffa fissa di 15 euro, il tassista ne ha chiesti 25 euro, lei non è stata in grado di controbattere ed è venuta a lamentarsi con me. Vi dovreste vergognare, sicuramente il vostro tassista si è approfittato del fatto che fosse una giovane ragazza da sola e per di più straniera, razzisti e sessisti! Prima di questa, e di altre recensioni, ho chiamato il servizio clienti per chiedere una spiegazione, che ovviamente non c'è stata, così come delle scuse o una proposta di rimborso, che sarebbe stato il minimo dovuto.
