Ordered 2 floor fans

Ordered 2 floor fans.
Was sent documents via email.
Waited weeks for news of expected delivery.
Finally i was notified saying both fans were now delivered. !!!???
Problem was i never got them.
Checked all the details and contacted them via their email on multiple occasions over 2 weeks with no response until just recently.
They didnt offer help at all.
Out of the blue 1 fan finally arrived last week in a plastic bag with no packaging.
Still missing the second fan.
I give up, its no use trying to contact them again as non existent online customer service. Shopping elsewhere now on.

Went into Target Tweed Mall today

Went into Target Tweed Mall today. Made my purchases and then found there was no checkout operated by an assistant. Only self service with help offered but I wanted an assistant to serve me not a machine.
Left my purchase on the counter and left the store.
It is not good enough to only have a machine transaction. Where has customer service gone?
Won’t be going back.

Online is the worst don't ever do online with target no customer service you call the phone wait time everyday is 50mins and they ask you to Facebook message so u do and u see they have read it and still no answer you email them no reply you try to chat online only for you to be booted off the stores can't help. Never ever do online with target never ever they have no customer support team they are the worst online shopping ever.

Dysfunctional "click n collect"…

Dysfunctional "click n collect" operations & non-existent customer service. I paid for an item online, but never received an email or text confirming my purchase. A week later, I called to find out what happened to my item & when it would be available to collect. waited on hold for OVER 1 HOUR to be told they're still not sure when my order will arrive. I had to request the agent manually send me my order number & invoice because I never received it on the front end. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE A BUY FROM KMART OR IKEA INSTEAD!

Wrong floor rug sent

I ordered a floor rug and they sent me a completely different rug!! Now it’s out of stock and I can’t get it anymore ☹️ I am not happy with how this was handled and I waited almost 4 weeks for my refund

Some Customer Service Please!

I ordered something on line from Target approximately 6 weeks ago. It arrived broken. No big deal.. it happens, but I have written to them twice since about sending a replacement and I haven’t heard from them. I also feel that they use Covid as an excuse with the shipping delays and blame it on Australia Post, because i have done other online shopping and it has arrived straight away. It’s always Target that takes weeks!!

Click'n collect is too hard to find at Greensborough

I tried to use click and collect today at Greensborough store. The email from Target advising me that the parcel was ready to collect failed to say where to collect it. I spent 50 anxious minutes driving around car parks and streets until " Angela" on the phone tried to help me. The pick up point was in an underground car park with no signage and no mention of the side street I had to first find -- Church St. These are difficult times but a total absence of pick up directions is lazy and disrespectful to customers. Please lift your game Target as this is a sure way to lose potential customers.

All I had to do was pick up my parcel…

All I had to do was pick up my parcel from Target/Highpoint Click and Collect. When I arrived I looked for the signs and couldn’t see anything so approached the store entrance. Two young girls pointed to the car park and said “out there”. I couldn’t see were they meant and asked again. I drove to the end of the car park and walked around. Eventually a security guard told me its at the store entrance. I returned and once again asked. I was pointed to the car park and told “out there”. 45 minutes later I see a small white sign with the words “ring this number for click and collect”. What could of taken 5 mins turned into a lengthy, frustrating ordeal. My advice to Target is educate your staff on customer service. It was obvious I needed assistance and yet no information was given. All they needed to do was explain to me how it worked. Very disappointing.

Customer Service Non Existent, Broken Items - Never Again!!

Terrible experience. One of the products was broken and I emailed customer service to report it. They didn't respond. The I get a generic 'we really care about everyone' feeback thing from Target and describe my experience and still nothing. Sent a follow up to customer service and still nothing so am going to get my money back through paypal. Please change your 'customer service' description to 'black hole' so customers know what to expect!

If there was a possibility to 0 stars, thats what they would be getting. Customer service was extremely poor. Automated email responses, waited 20 minutes each time to chat online with a helper and cancelled each time when at number 1 in the queue. 4 times this has happened. It is beyond my imagination how they even have sales. I ordered a ps4 which is LISTED on their site. They emailed me twice in the same minute, one confirming my order and the other cancelling my order. They decided to take the $500 out of my account anyway and gives me the explantion that my refund would be within the next 7 business days! what horse crap. If i wanted to hold $500 in limbo for a week i would have hidden in a box and buried it. Now that $500 is next to useless. Target will no longer be recieving my business. Horrible online store with horrible customer service.

Poor customer service and low-quality…

Poor customer service and low-quality products. Bought a vacuum which came broken and unusable. Waited online for 20 minutes for customer service only to be cancelled when it was my turn. Had to email their support and it has been over 2 weeks of back and forth emails and I'm still waiting for my refund. Left an online review on their site and got an email saying that my review was not accepted without any explanations.

Dreadful company returned items and they wont refund.
Items were not like the pictures, they offered me 10%and to keep items but I refused, as a customer you should get your money back if not satisfied.
And the address on returns form is not their address

Just a pity they don’t have an option for no stars ! Don’t ever think you will be able to return anything! My wife bought 2dresses poor quality tried to get returns label and address but only ever responded to 1 email and that was no help . Use at your own risk

Target online purchase and customer service THE WORST!

Have tried multiple times to purchase one single item that is clearly available to purchase online. They take your money and then cancel your order saying insufficient stock.
So I get told that it may be a daily purchasing limit issue and to try again the next day. I did, but this time I tried click and collect and as it states online, my item will be shipped from another store to my local store...
Same thing: order cancelled... after they have received payment of course.
So I call the customer service 1300
Number... I have never in all my time of online shopping, or in any customer service enquiring I have made, ever received such appalling service. The customer service person spoke over the top of me, got angry with me...
I’m the customer asking your for help and you tell me “it’s just too bad”
Target Australia, no wonder your stores are closing down, because you just lost another customer. I would always shop to purchase gifts and clothing and homewares, but I will not be stepping foot back in your stores or ever shopping online with you again, and I’m more than happy to advise all my friends to steer clear of you as well. What disgusting service and disgusting attitude towards a customer who was asking for help.
The guy I spoke to should probably find a new career because customer service just isn’t his thing clearly.

I had to give one star because zero was…

I had to give one star because zero was not a choice.
I was forced to sign up before I could purchase a gift card from their baby registry for overseas. I wanted to cancel my account after my purchase did not go through but had to search google to find out how to do that. I feel like a fish caught on a line with this company. Totally dislike the way they operate.

If I could add zero stars I would. I received shoddy items and as it stated in the docket in the parcel, I emailed for a returns label and refund. I have sent 12 emails and still no joy. The company just send automated emails saying they are taking a 3 break! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IS MY BEST ADVICE
