Hi Andy,
We apologise for the inconvenience caused here. At the time of your order being placed there wasn't an issue however, when the time came to ship your order we had a message from DHL explaining this was blocked due to your area being out of the main UK shipping zone.
Virgin Experience Days are full aware of the affected postcodes and are working hard to limit this happening again.
I understand the frustration caused by this situation and once again apologise.

All of our cocktails have a 12 month shelf life from the date of manufacturing. We apologise if you have received short dates however, we are currently in the process of producing fresh cocktails which will all have a 12 month shelf life from now.
Faultless experience every time
Fantastic company, I’ve chatted on the phone when I had a query, so approachable.
Superb cocktails with a prep time of approximately two minutes and an excellent price point. Absolutely delicious. Plus I receive regular offers to save money.
Cannot recommend highly enough in terms of quality, price and speedy delivery.

Not a single complaint from me
I have ordered from this company many times, with delivery to my home address and also direct to a friend in Ireland as a birthday gift. All orders have been despatched promptly, securely packaged and exactly as ordered. Each time I have contacted their customer services with queries (not problems, as I have had none) they have been super speedy and helpful in their responses. I’m a big fan of their bottled cocktails. I have never liked carbonated drinks so was hugely happy to find this company. Order and enjoy ☺️

Misleading shelf life.
The website says 12 month shelf life but this is from date of manufacture. Half of my bottles had less than 9 months and one had less than 3 months (which Tappd think is OK!). If shelf life is important to you, bear this in mind.

Disappointing
We bought a selection of cocktails via QVC and were really disappointed. As we are not very experienced cocktail drinkers we thought this selection would give us a real introduction. However after trying four we were disappointed find how insipid they were, even the Mocha Martini did not match the one cocktail we make ourselves. You are told to shake them over ice but they don’t seem to be able to take the slight dilution this entails. We did wonder whether the cocktails sold via QVC are somehow inferior.
We tried other cocktails without the ice but chilled in the freezer. These were better and we shall continue to try others in the collection but I do not think we shall be buying any further cocktails.

Ordered on the 8th August
Ordered on the 8th August. No correspondence so emailed again on the 12th. They responded to my email to say my cocktails have not been shipped out yet. This is due to them upgrading the shipping fees and want another £22.50 for delivery??? Absolutely shocking. They need to update their website instead of luring into a false advertising. Especially when a family member only had items ordered couple of weeks ago and never had this hassle. I’ll never order again. Massive disappointment

5* cocktails- 5*service
I have ordered several gift sets as they make great birthday presents. On the recent order I had an issue with doing click & collect, and inadvertently ordered for deliver, quick phone and it was sorted out, I arrived to collect a bit late and the staff were helpful and sorted out my order. Always friendly and helpful, my only negative is their website is convoluted but they said they are working on approving that 😀
