Awesome cocktails, really great flavours and ingrediants, cannot fault them!

Really poor quality, when I gave the feedback, was met by really poor customer service and very Rude member of staff called Cathrine with pretty extreme views

Cocktails tasty, customer service poor .

Placed an order for the 'ultimate cocktail kit'. Delivery was delayed (an issue with DHL not Tapp'd). The cocktails were pretty good, however the bar blade was missing.

Submitted the contact form on the website on New Year's Eve, but had no response despite their office being open for the last few days, hence the score - had they responded and put it right, they would have had 4 stars.

The cocktails are good (not amazing - but decent), but conscious of the poor customer service which would put me off ordering again, as clearly they are not interested in resolving issues.

This is my first order straight from you and I can’t give a review as I haven’t received it as yet and no notice of when I should receive it

Ordered a number of times, no issues and good delivery times. My last order was 22nd December and they arrived on the 24th - very impressed. Thank you.

Been buying from tappd for a couple of years, always as gifts so had never tried them personally. Decided this year to treat myself for some holiday cocktails over the festive period. I had missed the guaranteed Christmas delivery by a day however they were out for delivery on Christmas eve which I thought was amazing service, however dhl couldn't find the address (no fault of tappd), I rescheduled delivery from 27th and they were delivered so still delivered in time for when I needed them (NYE), order was perfect, they taste amazing (i had to sample of course) and i can say I'll definitely be ordering again!

Very quick delivery and the cocktails taste amazing. Brilliant flavours and so easy to drink and has a good wee kick to then. Would highly recommend 10/10

Delicious cocktails delivered by Tappd, arrived within a few days of ordering.

I made order through QVC when they had a foodie thing day.

I contacted Tapp'd advising that their tracking number says Delayed - The DHL website shows the delay, not why the delay. Contacted DHL no response

Contacted Tapp'd Email received from them the parcel is out for delivery today. This morning DHL advised of the same.

Why oh why are these delivery companies letting the sellers down. Making promises re delivery they cannot maintain.

Yes, for now cannot comment on the taste etc, these are Xmas gifts will review after they are used.

Excellent gift and cocktails. Really disappointed though that the gift note was not included in the box so the recipient had no idea who it was from which spoilt it.

I have been a loyal customer for years and loved a tappd cocktail. But this time when ordering I had same issue as someone else saying they can only ship at additional cost of over £15. I also stay in mainland Scotland which no way I’m paying for. Asked for refund still waiting.
So maybe should change your choice of courier because this is terrible and definitely loosing customers because I will not try to order or buy cocktails as again. Very very disappointed

If you like cocktails, these are the BEST! I have tried many cocktails and these come out tops. They taste lovely. Please try them.

Great customer service

JUST RECIEVED MY DELIVERY OF 48 COCKTAILS AND HAVE BEEN USING TAPPD SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THEIR JOURNEY AND DELIGHTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE COCKTAILS

I bought the advent calendar last year and special gift packs this year- well presented, well packed, and on time delivery. Will definitely use service again

I've been ordering from Tapp'd for a couple of years now and haven't been disappointed yet. Their cocktails are lovely especially my favourite Pina Colada which is almost as good as the ones I've had abroad on holiday. Their prices are pretty good and I've always had great service, never had to wait long on any of my deliveries. Highly recommend.
