Talent Spa, as a superb recruitment tool, maximising exposure across all UK jobs boards, attracting more candidates to apply for jobs. Talent Spa are an extremely cost effective solution to overcome recruitment difficulties, and extremely efficient at posting our jobs quickly and accurately across a huge number of jobs boards. You deal with one account manager, and receive one invoice. Talent Spa are by far the cheapest option in the market place, and they definitely produce results. I started recruiting with Talent Spa from august 2016, received over 1500 applications, for around 15 job vacancies, started 22 people to date which is climbing rapidly. One thing I can say for Talent Spa, is customer service is second to none, it’s like they are an integrated part of your team. They are always accurate, helpful, and pleasant to deal with, no hard core sales tactics. They offer good advice on how to get your vacancies filled, even screen cv’s, and work tirelessly to help overcome your recruitment needs. I would highly recommend them.

Talent spa went above and beyond my expectations with the expertise and efficient service they provided. Truly professional in every aspect. Couldn't ask for more. Very refreshing to find such an exceptional attitude from a forward looking team.

My experience from Talent spa is that they sent me a few CV's from candidates which did not reply to any of my efforts to make contact. Then after a month recommended that I signed up to a much more expensive recruitment process. I found the service friendly and quick to reply, though ultimately I wish I had followed my instinct and hung up on the over zealous salesman.

I see TalentSpa as an outsourced part of my Recruitment department. They Screen CV’s, and tailor each recruitment campaign to maximise my results. They truly work with us instead of, for us.

Using TalentSpa, I can have an expert on hand to assist in refining my adverts, posting them for me, and offering constant advice throughout the whole process. I have saved up to 3 hours on one current campaign due to the diligent CV screening TalentSpa include in their service.

I would say that TalentSpa have been instrumental in helping me save in excess of £80,000 this current year, and reduce spend on recruitment from over £7000 per hire, to under £1000 per hire.

I would say taking their expertise, CV shortlisting, and exceptionally low cost per advert; I can see a long term working relationship with TalentSpa.

We used talent spa after a several cold calls from one of their sales team based on adverts they had seen from our company on indeed and in other media. We were hesitant to take up the offer and they then drop the price by £100 and promised results.
Unfortunately the results never materialised the candidates they had sent to us for the job were not actually looking for work and we only had one actually interested who never showed up to interview.
I would not recommend there services based on this maybe it was because we were recruiting for a lower skilled position but the only candidates put forward were not interested and from a lot further afield then is normal for the calibre of job advertising.
Our campaign manager was a nice enough bloke but from the business point of view it just didn’t pay.

We've been working with Hannah, Jack and the Talentspa team for over 2 years now and they are always helpful, give us advice and follow up to make sure we get the most from their service.
