Polite, Professional, and Efficient
Having dealth with various recruitment agencies while looking for a new role, i was pleasantly pleased by the level of service provided by TalentSpa. Talentspa are fantastic
We searched everywhere for new staff, We had lots of applicants, but they were either unsuitable for the role or failed to turn up for Interview. Talentspa was invaluable to our search, Without them we would never have found our ideal candidate. We will certainly use again when we look for more staff. Great service, Great banter, Great experience.

I have received exceptional service…
I have received exceptional service from Talent Spa. Talent Spa will always try to tailor their service to fit purpose and nothing is ever too much. I would highly recommend Talent Spa for value and quality. I have dealt mainly with Tommy Degiorgio and Ben Aswani, both of which have exceeded my expectations in terms of managing my account.

Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Not a single suitable candidate from the campaign even worthy of telephone interview.
It would appear that the refrigeration and air conditioning industry is not TalentSpa's strongest field, and little was done to improve the situation. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing... the account manager even tried selling me alternative services rather than trying to make this campaign work!
The link to customer survey also didn't work, make of that what you will.

Used them for a few months now
Used them for a few months now. Tommy and Hannah helped when one of the campaigns were struggling. Filled 3/4 jobs on offer. Cannot complain.

New dashboard is great
New dashboard is great. Josh helped us re-write job spec and then we started receiving CVs. We missed one candidate because we did not call them quickly enough but on the whole fantastic service.
