I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Sytner West London for their exceptional service. Back in May, my husband purchased his Audi from them, and after such a fantastic experience, we returned last week to upgrade to a new Audi A6.

I had my car's annual service, it went very smoothly. I had a good experience, I was sent a video of the underside and engine of the car with commentary. Mr Ermel Shaqiri was very friendly and knowledgable and looked after the administration. He provided a good service.

Great friendly staff and service. It’s a shame there isn’t a collection service or courtesy car offered as the garage is in an awkward spot with limited transport links.

The staff are always polite and respectful along with being exceptionally helpful as was the lovely Sam Monk who tried his best and succeeded in getting my car sorted sooner rather than later.

I purchased my car from Audi West London four years ago and have had a couple of service contracts with them. Until yesterday I have been very impressed and found the whole experience quite enjoyable as I have been able to use their office space to work whilst waiting for my car. My opinion changed irrevocably yesterday. The phones are answered by robots, the service department rarely answer the phone, they don't keep you informed and the staff are rude and surly. My car failed its MOT on handbrake which had been playing up a bit. I agreed to a diagnosis for £150 and left it overnight. The next day I called to find out but the only way I could get through was by going via Sales who would then ask the service person to call me. I found them very rude and patronizing. Eventually at around 3 pm I was told that the car was going for diagnostics. I told them not to bother and I would come and collect the car.

Needless to say I will not be renewing my service contract or going to Audi West London ever again. When I collected my car no one apologised for the delay or asked me if there was anything they could do to make me feel better.

The service person I used to deal with had left but overall the robot answering machine, the lack of care, the lack of information really was very poor so would not recommened this Sytner West London Dealership to anyone.

I usually deal with Wimbledon Audi who are extremely poor at communication. West London Audi are the total opposite and I'm happy to go out of my way to use them instead. Sam was great and explained the service and health check items in details and provided advice.
