On deciding to buy a MINI Clubman after production ended proved to be more difficult than we expected as we just couldn't find one with the spec we wanted anywhere but Tom Lagram at Sytner Wolv didn't give up and after 3 weeks managed to find exactly what we were looking for. The car was presented perfectly upon collection. The welcome and service we received went above and beyond expectations. Super friendly staff throughout.

A great experience start to finish. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Mini and exceptional service.

My experience with Synter Wolverhampton Mini was amazing. Aaron was extremely helpful in finding the car I was after and made the process of buying a new car extremely smooth. Aaron quickly responded to any queries or issues I had in a professional manner snd was more than accommodating!

Great service highly recommended

All staff very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel pressured. Explained what I didn’t want and within few hours received photos of a prospective purchase. I felt I was guided through the whole procedure from start to finish in an efficient manner. The fact that one person dealt with me was beneficial and I knew I had a specific contact. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly. A good experience all round.

Car was taken for work covered under the warranty. Got a phone call explaining that the charging flap locking pin counted as “trim” and therefore was not covered by warranty.

Amazingly every other dealer in the country seems to disagree and when pushed I was magically offered “goodwill” instead.

They were trying to make a quick bit of cash and got caught out. I was lucky enough to be given a condescending chat with the manager at the fancy BMW side of the dealership.

You can’t speak to anyone as all the phones are answered by different people. Amusingly they can never get in touch with the person you want and will get them to call you back.

Be really careful, sales was clearly the priority and aftercare was just an inconvenience.

To add insult to injury they didn’t even change the trim they had tried to charge me for. Because the issue wasn’t trim…

I collected my brand new mini today, which is an absolute beauty. Aaron (the sales executive) went above and beyond to listen to what I wanted and to help me find the most suitable car for me.
Aaron’s communication was excellent throughout. In the showroom he made me feel really at ease, answering my many questions and then via email he continued to be just as helpful and clear.
I would highly recommend buying a car from Sytner Mini Wolverhampton and especially looking out for Aaron! My purchase turned around in just 2 days, which is amazing! I can’t thank Aaron enough for his kindness and patience with not only me but my family! Thanks again :)

My sales advisor (Aaron) was fantastic from start to finish he definitely looked after me when purchasing my new mini. By showing me the different types of spec I can have added to my car and just going through each step at a time without over complicating the process. He would also email me regularly to update me when my car would be ready to collect and since picking up my new car he has asked how I’m getting on with my car, which is very thoughtful as I never got asked this by previous sales men in the past. I have already been telling my clients to get a mini from Wolverhampton and see Aaron as they definitely won’t be disappointed with Aaron’s knowledge or customer service.

The Sales Department and Reception at Sytner, Wolverhampton MINI were excellent as usual. They made my buying experience of my replacement car very smooth and were very informative and helpful. I had no problems with communication and made me feel like a valued customer. Shab Zaman sorted everything out so I could sign my documents online to save driving in to Sytner to sign them which was most helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to help me and salvage what had been a very difficult few months.
My recent purchase was in unusual circumstances as I purchased an electric Mini in June 2023 which after only a few months of ownership broke down at the beginning of October 2023. It took 5 1/2 months for the problem to be found and repaired and a new car found to replace it which I feel was most unacceptable. I appreciate with an electric car and all the new technology, the faults were difficult to find and put right but the waiting for the new parts was excessive and feel this is something that needs addressing. However the service department and management were completely opposite to the Sales department. I had to continually chase for information and progress on my car with phone calls constantly not being returned and promised information not being passed on which was very frustrating. This situation did improve a little after complaining and speaking with Matt Ashton. After 4 months waiting for a repair I decided to reject the car and return it to MINI as not fit for purpose. It took 6 weeks to arrange my car rejection and the purchase of a replacement car. I was told that although my rejection of the car has been approved I had wait until my original Mini had been repaired until I could get my replacement car which I find very strange. I was told that this was Sytners policy. Their only saving grace was they allowed me a curtesy car while my car was being repaired which was a great help and much appreciated. Overall the pleasure of buying a new car has been seriously marred by 5 1/2 months of uncertainty and waiting while the problems were sorted.

The Staff (Jackie) was helpful and friendly throughout the process of changing my car. She kept me updated regularly with the details of the new car and its delivery to the showroom. The reveal of new was special as usual. I would have loved the comfort pack with cleaning products to use, that I got with my previous car.

Overall, the experience was seamless.

We explained to the salesman that we would need to complete the handover promptly due to another appointment.The salesman covered everything in full and in a professional manner.Very helpful

Buying a second hand electric mini was as a good experience from start to finish. Shout out to Shabier, "little" Tom and Matt. Was a slight issue with the navigation pack, but this was sorted quickly (even came to my house) and I was kept upto date throughout.
