Repair or buy new?
We returned to BMW looking to trade in or repair our aged 2 series but ended up buying a new car. It was the sensible obvious solution but we were coached well through the process. This was conducted without pressure, in very informed way and with what seemed to be a genuine interest to meet our requirements. We dealt with Jason who was very knowledgeable and extremely capable.

Excellent service from Richie at BMW Tring
Excellent service from the team at BMW Tring. I turned up without an appointment after my locking wheel nut had gone missing and I needed help identifying the correct replacement.
Richie greeted me with a smile, came straight out with the locking wheel nut kit, identified the right one in the scorching heat, and even gave me a used replacement free of charge. After already missing a tyre fitting appointment because of the issue, I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.
A frustrating situation was turned into a genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Richie!

A Diamond Result
Unfortunately inability to navigate my one year old ALPINA B4 around a multi-storey car park produced the sickening scrape all drivers dread.
The damaged front wheel was a diamond cut version which not all repairers can handle and after looking at a couple of shed based operations was reluctant to leave a £100k vehicle jacked up on a congested driveway for five days.
Although I initially hadn’t considered approaching the vehicle supplier, out of frustration I spoke to Nathan at Sytner Tring bodyshop. It was the best call I could have made.
I was offered a loan car whilst the work was carried out which I didn’t require but accepted the offer of transport home after dropping the vehicle off.
Nathan explained how two wheels would be removed from the car to ensure a perfect colour match, a small piece of detail but for a very fussy owner like me important.The entire experience was smooth and professionally handled. Although I’m not intending repeating this experience, with the state of our roads it’s almost inevitable, at least I know now what my first call will be.

Amir was really helpful in every way as it was difficult deal with my old car, finance team were great as well and very helpful on everything. Brilliant Service Dept. Terrible Sales.
From a service point of view I can’t fail them. Samuel Gray is a credit to the business and worked tirelessly for a positive outcome for me and whilst it took 3 weeks to sort the repair, Sam was in regular contact.
From a sales point of view and Sytner Group in general the experience is dire and I will do all I can to avoid buying a vehicle or extended warranty from this company ever again.

Nathan on the Bodyshop team was absolutely amazing. Quick responses on email, on phone and in person where he walked me through all the available options and explained in great detail the process of the repair and what was needed. The whole team did a great job on the actual repair and the service was great but I would highly recommend Nathan as the guy to go to for anything bodyshop related.

After puncturing two tyres on local potholes, Atif took exceptional care of us. He liaised with the tyre insurance company and sent over all the evidences in a very timely manner to ensure that my car was back on the road in less than 24 hours.
