horrendous unprofessional service, charged me £500 for a scuffed alloy and kept saying its because its an expensive car which i didn't ask you for you could have given me anything i just needed to get back to work, i didn't expect this level of service from Sytner. I asked to speak to the manager and without speaking to him i got he will say the same pay the £500. Not happy.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to read of your disappointment. Unfortunately, when you returned the courtesy car to us, the damage to the alloy wheel was far too extensive for a cosmetic refurbishment, meaning a replacement was necessary. To clarify, the £500 quoted was the courtesy loan insurance policy excess, not a charge determined by us. As a new replacement wheel costs considerably more, our colleague was simply recommending the most cost-effective solution available to you. Whilst we're sorry you felt the need to speak with a manager, doing so would not have changed the excess applicable under your insurance policy. I hope this helps clarify the advice given. Embarrassing
spoke to Joab in new car sales regarding an m3, after going over the numbers I was satisfied and arranged to make the 2 hour journey from Merseyside In about a weeks time. A couple of days before I planned to visit Sytner Tamworth I was emailed by Joab who explained that Megan would be taking over the sale, so I called again so I was sure Megan understood when I was coming to visit and what car I was interested in, and that's when things started to go down hill... upon arrival we were not greeted even after hanging around the cars for around ten minutes which was quite awkward as I wasn't sure who to speak to as most of the employees were talking amongst themselves I decided to wait for a while to see if they would end their conversation and approach me but they didn't. eventually I stopped a member of staff and asked if I could speak to Megan in new car sales to which she replied "Megan is with a customer right would you mind waiting" I agreed to wait and after a full hour I was approached by Megan who then took me to see the 74000 pound car I had came 2 hours to purchase and wow was it a mess! there was not a single panel on that car that wasn't covered in bird droppings and filth which is ironic considering Megan had tried to sell me ceramic coating stating that the acids in bird droppings damage paint work. unfortunately it doesn't end there as the car was adorned in golf culb promotional graphics and the paint work had heavy swirl marks from amateur detailing.
In conclusion this is not the kind of service I expect from a manufacturer like BMW especially when making such a large purchase, I had lost 7 hours of my time and a tank of fuel to be treated like an idiot. this filthy neglected m3 is a sad reflection on how this dealership is operated.
