Extremely helpful staff, kept me updated throughout the process. My sales representative was Tara Bowen , exceptional service, handover and aftercare. Overseen by the manager who was also helpful and friendly .

Friendly, efficient and helpful team
I bought a pre-owned Mini and the team made this a friendly, efficient and easy process from start to finish.
With thanks to the team at Swansea, especially Tara and Owen who were very professional and helpful and answered all my questions.
Very happy and would recommend.

Outstanding Customer Service
Spoke to Sytner Sheffield about a Mini was told there when I asked about any damage that it wasn’t a new car so I couldn’t expect it to be like new. Went through Sytner Swansea (Lewis Hughes) as they were willing to bring the car down for me. Placed my deposit and the following day Lewis sent me picture of a damaged wing mirror and a gouge out of the steering wheel. Was not prepared to take that car. Lewis and the branch manager went out of their way to find an alternative vehicle which was better than the original car I had put a deposit on. I cannot fault their customer service and the fact that they advised me about the damage on the original car which I could have been stuck with. Service was over and above… thank you!!

From the initial online enquiry and the follow up with Lewis Hughes at Sytner the process of placing an order to taking delivery of the car was straight forward with no issues. I particulary liked the videos provided of the different models based on the quotes and of my car when it arrived at the dealership. I would recommend Sytner Mini Swansea.

Outstanding Customer Service
Lewis Hughes was very professional and courteous, he was very helpful and gave us excellent advice which made the purchase of our new vehicle go very smoothly. Sytner's Swansea have been outstanding and we have now purchased three vehicles through them.

Recent purchase of new Mini
It was a truly enjoyable experience purchasing our new Mini. We were treated courteously and efficiently and were updated regularly while waiting for delivery. Any queries we had were always dealt with speedily and knowledgeably.

Everyone was so welcoming
Everyone was so welcoming! We travelled a long way and were welcomed with tea and welsh cakes, friendly smiles and a fantastic new mini! The service and response was fantastic from enquiry to collection and it all happened within a week. Great experience.

Brilliant service and support from Tara, came up with various options for us to consider and left with a gorgeous mini that I wouldn’t have initially considered.

100 % good experience and I am enjoying the car. Lewis Broad could not have been more helpful.
My one concern is that I have to embark on a 1.5 hour trip to get to Swansea if the car needs service etc. That was almost a deal breaker, I just hope it works out.

Lewis was extremely supportive
Lewis was extremely supportive, helpfully and keen throughout the whole process. From my first visit to view a Mini, Lewis wasn’t pushy but instead gave me his honest opinion and advise on what would suit me best. His customer service was beyond what was expected and it showed how much he cared about his position. I couldn’t fault the process.
