Exceptional Service
I recently bought a MINI Cooper S, my fourth MINI from this dealership over the last 9 years. I have always dealt with Graham D in sales. My experience from start to finish with Mini has been faultless. Charlotte Evans, was very kind and friendly with excellent product knowledge. She guided me on the right car for me, and explained all information prior to my final choice. An excellent experience
Everything about changing my Mini has been excellent, I cannot speak highly enough of the dealership at Swansea. From my first phone call to getting my new Clubman has been beyond my expectations and that has been due to the excellent service I have received. I have had contact (mostly by phone)with 4 out of what I believe are 5 people who work in that showroom and all of them were most helpful. The Manager more than met my needs and my expectations treating me with great respect and the personal delivery that he arranged through his Sales Executive was brilliant, 100% no less. I wish I lived nearer and could use their services for my future needs. This is the second Mini I have bought through Sytner and this purchase has been as near to a perfect experience as there could be, demonstrating how a good dealership can be run and make every difference to customer satisfaction and love of the vehicle purchased.

Very disappointed
Booked a test drive for mini, impossible to park at allocated time. Had to wait 46 minutes after discussion of mini required then cost of car with a cash payment which was told to salesperson. They were only interested in getting us to take out finance which we did not want left very disappointed. Went to another mini dealership which was £4048 cheaper for exactly the same car

Excellent service from start to finish, for a particularly smooth purchase experience, very ably assisted by Lewis Broad. Lewis went the extra mile in ensuring the car was in prime condition when we came to pick it up, and that the paperwork was dealt with efficiently, and explained clearly to us at all stages

Cannot recommend Sytner Swansea Mini enough! The whole team were very helpful and made the whole experience stress free. Lewis went above and beyond - from videos of the car pre-purchase to phone calls & emails checking that everything was okay after purchasing my new Mini.

Bought a Mini Cooper S from Lewis at the Swansea dealership, and I have to say well done👏👏, it was a pleasure to deal with him and all other members of the team that we encountered, he was knowledgeable, professional, he listened to us & then knew exactly what our requirements were, found the models that were available, and arranged the delivery of the chosen car from Tamworth. I was kept updated at all times
I couldn't be happier.
I had been to this dealership some years previously for servicing & my experience wasn't so great.

Bought a new mini
We recently purchased a new mini our advisor was Tara Bowen really helpful and friendly, she answered all our questions and was very informative. When we decided on our mini Tara
Kept us informed of its progress all the way and after delivery phoned a couple of days later to check how things where. Would definitely come back again a really pleasant experience and really happy with our new car😁 excellent service
