Excellent service
From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted by friendly staff. I met with one of the consultants who really took the time to understand my needs and my financial situation. I was not pressured or rushed to make a decision, I was given several options to consider that suited my needs. I purchased a car and the whole process was problem free and simple. The sales consultant kept me updated on estimated arrival time on my new car. When I went to collect my vehicle again I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered a beverage. The process again was simple and problem free. Mini really do go the extra mile and have amazing customer service. If anyone is looking for a new car. I would highly recommend them.

Delivery was a bit of a let down
This is my 2nd Mini bought from Sytner Slough. Ashley has always been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout both purchases. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that I felt they weren’t very flexible on collection times and dates. Overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Nick Faulkner the salesman was excellent and so was Robin Chapman who followed up on a query I had. Really didn't like the hard sell from a 'business manager' who swooped in and treated me like I was financially inept.

Dealing with Ash was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I called with a new car enquiry on a Saturday afternoon and drove away with the car that I was interested in on the following Thursday with minimal fuss and bureaucracy. I wasn’t too interested in a handover but Ash went out of her way to make it a special and informative process. Many thanks - really enjoying the new mini convertible!!!!
