Worth travelling from West Yorkshire to South Yorkshire to buy a car.
Jody was very professional and business like throughout. He knows the cars he’s selling. He’s very informative and easy to follow. We were grateful he came to meet us from the Meadowhall train station too, first when we came to view the car and the second time when we came to collect it.

A delight to deal with
It was a very pleasurable experience dealing with Sytner Mini Sheffield. I was sourcing a used car for my mother and having never bought one over distance before, they could not have made it a more straightforward experience. Prompt, efficient and extremely courteous customer service by one member of the team in particular (J.Brown) who could not have been more helpful. My mother is thrilled with her new car which was delivered by a delightful young man who guided us quickly through the paperwork on the day. Overall, fantastic service and I could not recommend them highly enough.

Mathew Watkin (Sheffield Sytner) - we deliberately went back to Mathew for our 2nd car after the first experience two years ago. Honest ,straight talking guy to deal with , none of the usual salesman bull. We will probably be back in two years the see Mathew , if he's not at Sytners we will go looking for him elsewhere....

Very friendly
Very friendly, they need to work on their communication, as things agreed at point of sale where not done ready when we collected the car, very responsive to our needs once they realised they had caused us some disappointment, the issues were resolved within a few days, so overall very satisfied, thanks.

Painless purchase…
The whole process from initial enquiry through to taking delivery of the car was very efficient and Adam kept us informed of the progress with the car and the handover was very slick and painless. I have used Sytner over the past 20 + years for both BMW and MINI and have always found their service to be very efficient and would certainly recommend them.

I had had a very bad experience with another mini dealership and this just instilled a lot of confidence. The showroom itself is very impressive too. Great car buying experience - thanks Fergus
Recently bought a Mini from the Sheffield branch and really impressed with the whole experience. The show room was ideal: getting to look at the car under lights and in the warm of indoors but still able to take a test drive. Fergus who served us was spot on, really helpful and knowledgeable.
Would definitely recommend and use them again

I bought my mini from Sheffield and…
I bought my mini from Sheffield and spoke to Jody Brown who gave excellent advice on my new car . I bought my original mini from them 16 years ago and loved it and was sorry to see it go but a friend has it and loves it too .
The overall experience was great.
I had to call back there the next day and was looking after my granddaughter and she was amazed she said must better than the Jaguar garage.🤣

Don't buy a vehicle from Sytner Mini!
Don't buy a vehicle from Sytner Mini Sheffield! The experience is simply dreadful. I purchased a mini for £13k around 2 years ago. Within a month of purchase, I had issues with low battery but Sytner Mini Sheffield simply charged and not replaced. I took motorway trips each week to try to charge it up but to no avail. I took it to a garage to replace the battery at a cost of approx £300. I since learnt that when a stop/start battery is 42% it can't recharge and that a replacement battery was the only option. Since purchase, I had to also replace the clutch and flywheel at £1800 and 3 days after this I encountered another drivetrain error (car shakes). I took it to two BMW specialist garages for each drivetrain error (further 3-4 drivetrain errors) and after a further £500 for repairs I still don't have a solution. I had enough and took it back to Sytner Mini Sheffield as a shaking vehicle is simply too unsafe to drive. The previous BMW garage kindly printed out all the drivetrain errors and recorded all the diagnostics tests they undertook but Sytner Mini simply deleted the drivetrain errors and say they cannot replicate the error. I and two BMW garages can replicate the error on 4 occasions but not Sytner Mini. I have only driven 2500 miles in 2 years, paid approx £3000 on repairs, spent 7 days of annual leave at garages and have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive. My only option is to litigate but Sytner Mini cannot even be bothered to respond to my Letter Before Claim which they are required to do.
