Incredibly poor aftersales
Incredibly poor aftersales. I have already reached out to the Greg Mason-Lee email address they post in reply to poor reviews but received no response (sent 20th Oct) so will now air my problems publicly.
I picked up the car I purchased with 1400 miles more on the clock than advertised, undisclosed damage to 2 body panels, a nail in one of the rear tyres and upon arriving home realised the coolant cap in the engine bay had been left loose resulting in coolant spilling over requiring cleaning up & refilling. In the days following the reverse camera, rear parking sensors & rear indicators were then failing to funtion 9/10 times.
I understand used cars aren't perfect and mistakes can be made so only insisted the reverse camera, rear indicators & parking sensors were fixed, willing to accept the other issues. After getting in contact via email I received no response for nearly a week, calling I was passed around with no action for a couple of days before being assured the service dept would then call be in the next couple of hours, nothing. Called back again a couple of days later and finally got a response courtesy of the salesman walking into the service dept. personally to get them to contact me. Car was booked in to be sorted but they were only going to treat the remedial works as a standard warranty claim so would be subject to a £120 inspection fee and no guarantee of courtesy car. It's a 3hr drive from my home to the dealership so if it was just going to be treated as a warranty claim I cancelled and subsequently getting sorted at a dealer much closer to my home.
Sytner are meant to have a good reputation but I may as well have saved a few grand and purchased from a private seller for all the use they've been.

Could not fault the seevice I received…
Could not fault the seevice I received from Byron at sytner. From beginning to completion of buying my new car was excellent. Never felt pushed also Byron went through everything with me which was easy to understand. I would use this garage again and highly recommend both garage and Byron to family and friends.
