I had a great experience with Sytner Select. Alfie was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish. He answered all of my questions patiently and made the whole process easy to understand, with no pressure at all. His excellent customer service made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Sytner Select, especially if you’re dealing with Alfie. Poor Sales team
I was reaching them to buy a new Geely EX5 Max, I got a competitive quote from their sales person (Josh) with the manufacturer deposit, once I wanted to proceed with the purchase their response has been very bad, I followed up every day with Josh who stopped replying to my emails, messages and calls. I even paid a booking fee for the car, they delayed for no reason (no proper communication) later they said the offer is over and I can’t avail it. I finally got annoyed with their approach and cancelled the booking and asked for the refund(still waiting for their confirmation). I wouldn’t recommend them if you are looking for a smooth buying experience. I am happy that I didn’t proceed with them.

My car was booked in on the 26.06.2026…
My car was booked in on the 26.06.2026 fro an MOT and a service, with an additional aircon service. upon arrival the person checking in the car confirmed that the car wash would not be at an additional cost as the car was in for an MOT and Service. When I arrived just after 4pm I was told the car had failed the MOT. The items in question could have been replaced very easily with a phone call and my approval as the car was onsite for a service: a number-plate light and a headlight. I had no phone call prior to collecting to inform me of any issues. Then the car was also not washed- the feedback on this was that the car failed the MOT so could not be driven. The MOT items listed are lights and covers I don't see how this affects a car being washed which is included in the service, which I paid for. This is very poor communication and service. I bought the car here in 2021 and will not be returning .

So the process is purchasing the…
So the process is purchasing the vehicle was a breeze, the vehicle was purchased on the 13/06/26 but the vehicle I purchased failed me within 10days (23/06/26)!!!
The customer service I received from the after car sales team has been absolutely diabolical, I was left stranded for approximately 3 hours the break down recovery I was meant to receive never came I had to seek help from family who came and jump started the vehicle so I could drive it to sytner select servicing centre myself!
When I got there I was just told to sight some paperwork had the key over and they would be in contact between 24 - 48 hours with a diagnosis of the vehicle to let me know what is the fault with the vehicle. The first 24 hours went by I heard nothing so I contacted them for an update and was told the vehicle hasn’t even been seen. I called again 48 hours after and no one answered I had to call the main sytner select for information but they couldn’t give me much information.
Me and my 2 children have been left with no vehicle and have been inconvenienced and left in distress fuming is an understatement at this point!

Have bought multiple cars from here now (throughout a name change) and they are great, Lloyd was our salesman who looked after us and was fantastic, he understood what was important to us and helped us find what we needed!
