I had great experience with the mini synter garage in Nottingham. In particular Becky was very very helpful. It was my first time buying a car and she was incredibly helpful and put me at ease about the whole process. She made me very comfortable which enabled me to ask questions that I thought might have been stupid but turns out they are not! Thank you again Becky!

A pleasure to deal with
I ordered my Mini, after consultation, with Holly Hind who was both very professional and friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. Holly explained the buying process and there was a wait time for the order. While awaiting the arrival Holly kept me updated on the delivery date. This came quicker than I expected.
On the day of handover Holly explained the operation of the vehicle and how everything worked which I found very useful. Holly also arranged for me to purchase a service package.
I should also mention Andreas Kyriacou who looked after the finance and explained all the aspects in detail of the finance agreement. Andreas also was very profession and friendly.

Recently bought an electric mini from Sytner Nottingham and part exchanged my petrol mini . The transaction was very swift and smooth and I had the car in a couple of weeks . My electric mini is perfect for my needs and I will return to Sytner Nottingham when I want to replace .

Great every step of the way
Becky was amazing during the whole process. She kept me updated every step on the way. It was always a pleasure to buy my car from Becky. A credit to Sytner. Every stage of the process was so easy, from the configuration to the order to e-signing of documents. Based on my experience with Mini, I would return there and get the next car from there too.
