Excellent service from Mini Newport
Sales person Jack Quinn was attentive but not pushy. Had a very good knowledge of the whole range of cars and was able to answer all our questions. Was enthusiastic and made us feel valued as customers, encouraged us to test drive 2 different cars to ensure we made the right choice. Thank you Jack.

You walk onto Sytner Newport and your always made to feel special. Great customer service and the staff are always really helpful. I have bought 5 cars from Newport and would not go anywhere else. Even the after service is great

Mini countryman on mobility experience
Have a mini countryman through mobility scheme, everything went according to plan, my advisor Jason at the Newport branch. Was very helpful and managed to order my car and have it ready for me to pick it up on my 25th birthday in the morning. Kept me in the loop with production and when the car arrived at store and made it an easy process to get everything done on time.

Jack Quinn was very helpful throughout the sales process without been pushy like some other places can be. Patient with me on the test drive, despite been the worst person giving me directions lol. Couldn't have asked for somebody better to assist in the buying of my JCW countryman, i'm sure Jack is slightly gutted to see it go. Jack and Tilly worked well together, bounce off each well meaning a nice relaxed sale. Both very easy to have a conversation with throughout the whole process. Jack still helpful post sale. Right where do i start
I have never left a review on trust pilot in my life, do i trust a pilot or do you trust the aeroplane the pilot is flying.
What i can say is that i trust sytner mini in Newport, we are now on our 6th mini and again they have been faultless. We unfortunately took a break away from mini because of our change of circumstances and decided to own a wobble box (aka) a touring caravan and i really dont think a mini would look good towing a caravan, well not for the one we have.
We still own the caravan and with a switch around in vehicles we have gone back to a 2007 bmw X5 purchased privately but most importantly my wife is now a proud owner of a 2017 mini cooper s with all the bells and whistles, without Jack Quinn and Ryan Elston this wouldn't have ever been made possible.
Please please forgive me for not be able to remember your name but my wife loves your car because its an X5 and its got a crystal gear selector......you know who you are and the 1st time we have ever had a slight problem with a mini the sales manager has allowed this to be rectified, this is the 1st ever slight problem we have ever had with a mini. Jack had obviously asked the question and looked after us as returning customers and stood by his every word to contact me when he said he would and 100% he did.
Jack is an absolute asset to mini newport so if your on the look a mini then please don't hesitate to call by and ask for Jack Quinn, know doubt the rest of the mini sales team can and will deliver but in our eyes JQ is your man.
PS. Never come between Ryan Elston and his BBQ and its not all about wagyu burgers as he still needs a trip to aldi 😉

I’ve been a regular customer of mini Sytner for years. I ordered a new car last September in order for it to arrive by Christmas. Christmas I was told it was delayed to January/February, possibly even March. I was then informed my new car would be with me soon. Approximately 4 days before my new car was being delivered, I was informed that they couldn’t honour the finance agreement I had signed with them and that if I wanted the new car (in 4 days) then I would need to stump up £4,000 but as a good will gesture (?) they would round this down to £2,000. I wouldn’t accept these terms so informed them and they did promptly refund me my original deposit! Since this whole cock up I can only assume they have now sold the car I ordered as I’m now getting “welcome to your new mini Nicola” emails sent to my email address as they haven’t obviously removed my details against that car! I also got the “Review mini Sytner” new customer email for trust pilot! So here it is… my review on how shoddily I’ve been treated! Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing from mini Sytner again and will try and continue to unsubscribe myself from these annoying emails (which hasn’t worked so far)!!!
