Milly was very pleasant and competent. Made buying a new car a great experience. Mini was ready for collection pretty much on time.

I had been looking for a while for the right car. I did a test drive with a trader near my house, and just then got a call from Danielle Haylock from Mini Luton.
Without her help and patience to a million of my questions I had, I wouldn’t have bought my new car.

I recently purchased a new Mini through Mini Luton and wanted to share the excellent experience, particularly the service provided by Elliot. From the initial support in choosing the right car through to the delivery of the car, Elliot was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient to answer all of my (many!) queries. I would definitely recommend Mini Luton and Elliot to others looking to make the leap to an EV.

The young lady in Mini sales was charming and very helpful as was the rest of the team. They managed to part me from a large sum of money without me passing out, no mean feat.! A pleasure to deal with.

Had an MOT booked in and got a call to say their systems were down so they couldn’t do it, but not to worry as they had a special diary to rebook those customer impacted and would get back to me ASAP. Despite several phone calls and promises to phone back, no one ever did and when I finally got through to someone the special diary seemed to have disappeared and the best they could do would be in 3 weeks time, despite their website currently showing availability in one weeks time. In the meantime I have taken my mini to a local garage who did the MOT the same day. I totally get that systems going down may be out of their control but failing to return calls, providing inaccurate information and not following up on promises is just poor customer services and unprofessional.

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the staff at Mini in Luton. From my first contact with Mitch in a call, who kindly fitted me in on the same day to discuss my new Mini, helping make the right choices and giving me every possibly option and to the constant regular updates from Stephen throughout the process of waiting for my car. To say I’m over the moon is an understatement. Thanks guys you doing an amazing job

I am extremely grateful that I have for the past 25 years bought my BMW minis from BMW showroom. Dunstable Road, Luton. In all these years, I have always received excellent service, whether purchasing or serving my vehicle. Just yesterday, I ‘popped’ my car into the service department for a tyre check and as usual received excellent attention. Previously, on having difficulty with my Mini Car Play, again I just went in to the showroom and ELLIOT, came to the rescue and has twice helped me with sorting out iPhone to car play, which being a technophobic, was immensely helpful.

Despite the delay in getting the car Steve was always keeping in touch to tell us what was going on and was honest and truthful I believe,

Great service, the sales agent was friendly, professional, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We found a perfect used car that met our requirements and had the keys a week later.

Mitch was our sales consultant from the start. He guided us through the different Mini models we could have and the configuration of each one, pointing out the plus’s and minus’s. We ordered the Mini Cooper Classic as it was the best value for money based on the options we wanted. Couldn’t fault his knowledge of the different models, very professional. Very relaxed atmosphere in showroom and pleasurable experience overall. Stephen was also on hand to help when Mitch wasn’t around for the odd question. On delivery Mitch explained the whole car very well which has helped my wife (who owns it) transition from an older manual car to her first automatic and now whizzing around in a go cart and loving it. Appreciate we had to wait a long time from ordering to delivery but we were told about his at the outset so not a problem for us.

Thank you Mitch you are a credit to Mini and thank you for all of your help. If any of our friends and family are looking for a Mini we’ll definitely recommend you.

I ordered my new Mini in Oct 21 and had to wait some time for it. There were a number of challenges, micro chip shortages and the Ukraine war which delayed my order. During this time Mitch kept me informed and even loaned me a car during the time when my car was delayed. I would recommend Sytner to other customers.
