Wonderful non patronising customer service from start to finish.
From the initial query, prompt reply and video by Jack Colvin, We have had nothing but absolutely exceptional service. Jack is fairly new to the trade but nothing was too much trouble for him and most importantly where he did not know anything or was not sure he would find out properly before informing us ie. service plan etc. The paperwork was dealt with by David Mullet professionally and efficiently and the ambience of the branch was reflected clearly with way everything was dealt with a smile in a friendly and courteous manner. 10/10 for Jack and David what an asset they for Sytner Luton.
The friendly invite to free pizzas on collection by the Manager rounded of a very pleasant buying experience

Millie was a great first contact. She got back to me really quickly and sent me a detailed narrated video of the car as I was buying from a distance. Sarah went r through the handover with me. She was very thorough and gave me all the details of how the car worked so that I felt confident driving away. Both young ladies gave exceptional customer care, I really felt that Sarah was as thrilled as I was when I left with my dream car! 🚗

New car
I have recently just bought a new Mini Cooper. And I can honestly say the service I received throughout this was impeccable. I ordered my new car in January and Both Jack and David were exceptional in keeping me up to date in when it would be ready to collect, how the process was going and made all the financial aspects so smooth and hassle free right up until I came to collect my car . It was an absolute pleasure to deal with both gentlemen and I’m so glad I choose this branch to deal with my new purchase!

Lovely Purchase from Sytner Luton
I found Stephen Brennan really happy to deal with, he helped us with our previous purchase and was very comfortable to use him again for this purchase, very friendly and explained everything you needed to know. He is not pushy unlike other car dealers (Vauxhall), that’s why we are on our 4th mini from Sytner Luton. Would definitely recommend Sytner Luton and Stephen,

Really good customer service - based on knowledge of the mini cars, super helpful in describing all the products and options available. Millie was brilliant at engaging all the family and thinking about all the benefits of the new mini relevant to our needs. It was an enjoyable experience - both choosing and then collecting the car.

Super helpful from my first phone call to check stock, to taking car out for a test drive, leading to my purchase. Not pushed into anything, Millie was an absolute star ⭐️ super helpful, gave a great handover when I collected the car a few days later 👍

Good product, good price, great team
From our very first phone call to collecting our new car a week later Milly (sales) was extremely helpful. We had a number of questions throughout the week regarding technical features about the car, part exchange details/procedure, purchasing options; at every point Milly responded straight away.
On arrival at the store Milly, and every other member of staff were kind, polite and helpful... the car was immaculate, the free coffee was most welcome, the service in its entirety was exactly how we wanted it to be. There was no pressure selling, no unnecessary communication, just a good product, at a good price, sold to us by a great team.

BMW520d had drivetrain fault
My diesel BMW had drivetrain fault ! Took car to BMW Car specialist Luton. My £20 basic obd2 found oxygen sensor issue. They said they need to carry out through diagnostic test cost £120( joke) to find root cause. They replaced Oxygen sensor at cost £446 (online price £50) , to my horror they rang me to collect my car after paying £600, they then informed me sensor fault code has been reset but original fault msg drivetrain still present & I must fit new DPF which costs £2000. Paid BMW Car specialist fools and went to LOCAL garage and told then to chemical flush my DPF filter after online research. After 30min DPF cleaned & fault gone, drove car on M1, it's perfect , paid guy £200 tip included and went home happy unlike the shock given by BMW car specialists . Nearly scrapped my car after incorrect diagnostic repair and false recommendation. Will Never go back to BMW Car specialists Luton again they full of sh.... and lack knowledge and expertise. BMW owners plz research online if you have issues or fault codes don't just take to maindealers as they are not well trained enough and are crooks unless u have money to waste or forced to replace your car.
p.s. plz note oxygen sensor was never faulty even though it would have had soot build up but it was DPF that was clogged with soot. BMW could have used an old working sensor when carrying diagnostic test as I'd paid £120 for this pleasure but sadely no diagnostic testing was carry out . As an electronic graduate Engineer we only replace part when we are 100% sure of the cause and part checks. Here they look on tablet code and went for most obvious hence proving to me they lack knowledge & fault diagnostic experience. What a shame BMW.
