Friendly service
They greeted with smile and pointed me in the right direction. Staff were great.
It's what one should expect from a premium car brand.
Would have given 5 stars but the car was not washed properly.
In fact, I don't think they even used any shampoo.
It looked like they used a dirty wet rag to give the car a quick wipe. This is the second time in as many visits. Real shame!!
Apart from this, all good.

Disappointed!
Brought a car a few weeks ago and went to pick it up, the car was so badly prepped with dirty wheels I complained. They guard ex'd the car and assured me the car would be prepped before collection and a stone chip on the door would be dealt with but on pick up none of this had been done .
They asked me to return the car in 2 weeks to spray the door.
When I got the car home I found new scratches on the bumper, no doubt by the guard ex guys, so I called and they, again, assured me it would be done.
After 2 weeks I took the car back and after 2 days picked it up, " All done sir, the door and the bumper" he said but on inspection the bumper had not been touched so i waited for it to be polished out, I wish I hadn't bothered it looked worse! I then noticed the state of the car with all white paint dust inside the door sills and all along the outside so I said "Shall I clean that then?" The sprayers response was "Well we can't clean the car as well".
Sloppy garage, sloppy service and sloppy attitude. I will never buy from here again and I would never recommend them to anyone. It is a shame that i cannot post a photo to show the shoddy way in which the car was handed back to me. Disappointed is an understatement!

I recently had an airbag replacement carried out at Sytner Luton BMW, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
Tracy, my service advisor, was highly professional and welcoming. She kept me regularly informed throughout the process with timely updates on the progress of the work, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring.
In addition, Tracy took the time to explain other vehicle advisories that may require attention in the future, which demonstrated a strong commitment to customer care and transparency.
Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Sytner Luton BMW to others.

Will never use Sytner Luton again…
I have been using Sytner BMW Luton ever since I bought my car. Even though my BMW is now 10 years old, I still continued taking it there because I trusted the dealership.
I booked an engine oil service through the BMW app for £169, including the service charge, and received confirmation of the appointment and price. However, when I arrived, a staff member called Lucas told me the service would actually cost £309.
When I explained that I had already booked and confirmed the service for £169 through the app, I was told that “the app is showing the wrong prices for some reason.”
I was genuinely shocked and disappointed by this experience. Advertising one price through the official BMW app and then trying to charge almost double when the customer arrives is completely unacceptable. It felt misleading and embarrassing.
As a result, I left without having the service done and I will not be returning to Sytner Luton again. Very disappointing service and unreliable pricing.

Having been a customer of Specialist Cars - BMW (now Sytner) for 20+ years and despite calls from them telling us how important we are as a long term customer, when it came to it, they would offer us nothing that they would not offer a new customer walking in off the street. Must be making too much money to care about existing customers...

My experience was great but I was not happy with what happen. I was told to pay 150 for diagnosis of my car(to carry out a check and know what’s wrong with my idrive system)
I was told that if it’s a programming issue I do not have to pay any extra money as it would be programmed and fix for me. But it’s any other thing I would be contacted and send the invoice over.
Just for me to be contacted and told that I have to pay for programming after I already paid 150. This broke me but yeah it’s fixed properly.
