The two ladies on the front desk were very helpful not just to me but everybody keeping conversation and refreshments polite respectful and that personal touch

Angela on reception was very welcoming on my arrival to the retailer. I was offered a drink by Angela who made me feel very comfortable was very attentive and was constantly asking every customer who passed reception if they needed anything, great customer service and something very rare nowadays. Only slight disappointment was the Sales team - knowing that I had a service booked they sent me a VIP invitation to discuss amazing deals, but as soon as I said my RR was not on finance almost zero interest in my custom. Pointed me to used approved vehicles though. Fine - as thinking about F-PACE P450.

Having been an Audi owner for many years, I've recently made the move to Land Rover and visited Sytner to drop off my Range Rover SVR for a health check.
I was genuinely impressed with the level of service from the moment I arrived. The drive-in reception was seamless, and my service advisor, Khurram, was welcoming and professional.
A special mention to Angela and Rebecca on reception, who were both exceptionally warm, friendly and attentive. From offering refreshments to kindly helping me arrange my Uber, nothing was too much trouble. It's these thoughtful touches that really make a difference.
The dealership itself is stunning, with a real sense of quality and a premium feel throughout. However, it's the people who truly make the experience stand out.
A fantastic first impression as a new Land Rover owner. Thank you to Khurram, Angela and Rebecca for making my first visit such a positive one. A real credit to Sytner!
