Never ever trust your car to this…
Never ever trust your car to this company. They seem to be all show, more interested in offering nice coffee than a good service. Communication was atrocious and their competence even to ensure they handed over a safe legal car was worse. My car was handed back to me on two occasions with more faults than when I took it in and with the original issue not tested and not fixed. On the second occasion the whole front light cluster was left disconnected so the car was in an illegal condition to drive, also the boot interior had been left in pieces so the convertible roof did not work. The person who came out to help with this admitted they had no idea what they were doing and that they were "winging it".
I gave up and went elsewhere after 3 months even though they had charged me over £700 to not fix the issue.
Sytner thought suitable recompense would be £100 towards a meal out!!!!

Pleasant experience but with a slightly sour taste
This visit was for the first service of my current F-pace. As usual the experience was very pleasant from reception through to collection.
The only slight issue was the cost for the service. On my previous F-Pace, I had purchased a service 5 year service plan with the belief that it would stick with me for that period. When I changed the car after 3 years I was informed that the service plan could not be applied to the new car. Despite having an email from Sales advising that some consideration would be given to the cost of the first service of my new car, the Service department said that they couldn't honour this obligation since it was given by Sales and not Service. Hence it would seem that I paid twice.

Fine got their eventually
Everything went smoothly including courtesy car. Staff very attentive and professional. I asked for a couple of small extras to be done unfortunately as I hadn't pre warned them , my fault, some weren't possible. However they were completed to my satisfaction on a return visit. I never got the usual video done by mechanic in the past maybe it's no longer done. Overall great service.

Poor salesman
More interested in selling GAP, Lifeshine etc before securing the vehicle sale, which didn’t happen. Very difficult to deal with and slow/poor communication. I’ll stick with my local Hatfields dealer, much better and more personal service.
Credit due to Martine for a rapid initial response and video, if only the other staff were as professional.

Great service…..but.
I expected great service and that’s exactly what I received.
One small annoyance :- dirty mechanic’s boot scuff mark on door sill. Still trying to polish it out. Grrhhh
