I have the pleasure in dealing with Thomas Noone, Sytner Leicester on a couple of occasions and it's always been a fantastic experience. Honest, clear communication and very efficient service.

Just sold my car through The Sytner group Leicester
It was a really quick and trouble free transaction - from the initial telephone contact, through to the car being collected and the money being transferred. Special mention to Nilesh who came to view the car and ensured everything went according to plan. He was really friendly and helpful and a great ambassador for Sytner. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with and a professional service provided by Craig who was excellent and fair with his pricing for my Mercedes GLE.
Sytner group paid quickly too, so a good service all round.

The last 4 purchases from Sytner have had major issues with 2 being returned already. One Corsa had an engine light come on when I finished driving it back from BMW Tamworth an they won't refund or help fund towards repairs at all. The BMW X1 from BMW Cardiff has a broken turbo but have funded £400 towards repairs which was kind. A Mercedes C250 has an engine rattle and very high clutch which wasn't described but we managed to get a refund. The last one was a Skoda Fabia that as soon as it got back from Leicester Audi had an engine oil pressure light come on which could mean the engine is potentially totally wrecked so we currently don't know what to do with it. In total we have lost money which we really can't afford after Christmas which is a big shame as Sytner PX's used to be nice cars.

After buying a used car online for the wife in December 23 from mini oldbury which was a 100 miles away,
With free delivery & autoglym lifetime shine,
But it turned out the autoglym wasn’t applied.
When we let them know this,they assured me it was done but would have it back to reapply.
This is where problems started by telling me the would need 3 days to sort car & wouldn’t give me a replacement car as they said they don’t do loan cars.
Then my emails wouldn’t be replied along with countless calls to there reception to speak to the manager or salesman all never replied.
I then emailed there complaints team & then after a couple days the manager from oldbuery phoned me & said I would be now getting a loan car when ours is collected.
So car has now been done & should of been delivered Fri 26/1 but then they said they driver was ill & would try to get it down to us on the sat 27/1, I emailed at 08.30 sat to ask if car was coming but again no reply.
This is what really annoys us both the communication is so bad, something Sytner should be looking into.
Once they take your money that’s it.

I spoke to 3 of the Sytner Groups in different areas, Chigwell was good, but Cardiff and especially Leicester i was very disappointed with. Prices were increased on line from one day to the next and after i had decided on a car, price etc, it was sold without telling me. Ultimately i went elsewhere and bought a car, without the stress i had felt from this group.

The help we were given at each stage by your representative, Craig, in a polite and friendly manner was first class. He went out of his way to help.

Not a purchase or dealership review as such, I sold my S Class though the Sytner Buying Office division, the process was quick and easy to complete, the price given over the phone did not alter after the vehicle inspection at my home address, Once agreed the car was collected on a arranged date and the money was transferred before the car was taken, I was kept informed by telephone and email throughout the sale by Craig who was very professional from start to completion.

Very impressed with Jason’s professionalism and his customer service.

Initially advertised car for sale using Carwow, several dealers responded with near asking price however following dialogue with Carwow Craig Kilmartin on behalf of Sytner Motors Group purchased the car. Craig was entirely open and professional throughout my dealings with him. He visited our home to inspect the car at length and associated documents, also providing advice as to claiming back RFL and cancelling insurance. Arrangements were made to collect the car and a driver arrived at the agreed time. Money was transferred to my account and I was able to verify this payment before the car was driven away. A very smooth, well organised process made simple and easy through Craig and Sytner Motors Group

Whilst the service from the branch was excellent, the service from the central call centre was appalling: they took over 20 minutes to answer the phone, gave incorrect information and were generally unhelpful. Frankly if that is how the Sytner Group choose to treat their customers I shall be looking elsewhere when I next purchase or service a car.

I was selling my Mercedes on Autotrader and i got a call from Christian Rees of the Mercedes Group Buying Department. After a short chat we arranged to meet the next day for a viewing. Christian was very professional and made an acceptable offer on my car. Less than one week later he arranged for my car to be collected from my home at a time and day that suited me. The money was in my account before it was handed over. The whole process was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Christian of the Mercedes Group Buying Department to my friends and family.

I can't recommend sytner group buyers enough, excellent service from the first phone call. The first time I have sold a car without having to part exchange and Craig made the whole process easy and stress free.

I advertised my vehicle for sale on autotrader and had a number of time wasters, however, Mark McKay, group buyer got in touch. He fully explained who he was, the company he worked for and their process. He made a good offer for the car, arranged to call and inspect the car. We agreed on the offer and he subsequently made all the arrangements for payment and collection, he even called afterwards to thank us for our business. Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely use again.

I sold my wife's car a few months ago via Kris Lewis at sytner Leicester, who was excellent. He showed professionalism and most importantly making this transaction so smooth from the beginning till the end. He has been honest and upfront, and made the whole experience pleasant and simple.

I have just sold my AMG A35 back to Sytner Mercedes and the service was excellent from start to finish. Craig came to a location of my choice to view the car and offered a price right away which I accepted and the car was picked up from home. Finance was settled and payment to my bank went through as the car was collected. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I've not long opened my own company and the first months are hard so i reluctantly had to give up my 2019 C43 AMG Premium car (bought months previous when in high paid full-time employment), as it was just too much in monthly payments and to run. Craig Kilmartin phoned me and said he would be very interested in buying it, he offered me a figure to which i shopped around and managed to get another £1,000 and he matched that straightaway. He came to appraise the car at my home and everything went smoothly. I let him know beforehand that a few of the alloys had been curbed and there was a small dent to the rear boot from a little stone and that was all taken into consideration. We basically agreed a price beforehand and that was still the price after his inspection. We arranged for the car to be picked up a few days later then literally an hour or so after the car was taken i had an email to say me finance settlement figure had been paid off and my equity, which was a decent amount, was paid directly into my bank account. I am glad i sold it to Mercedes and i will be getting something similar or better in the future when i am in a position to do so, and only from Mercedes. Excellent company to deal with in my experience.

It was previously 5stars but my recent interactions have left me disappointed.
Unfortunately Stephanie Edwards who did the handover was on holiday 2days after I got the car. We had both tried and failed to connect the car to the Audi App. In reply to a my Audi email I tried again unsuccessfully, sent Stephanie an email to update her and got an out of office reply. Pretty standard I’m sure but it was asked me to contact Lauren, which I tried to do but she could not be contacted! Left a message for her to ring me but never heard from her.
Sent an email today 14th Dec, to Stephanie as I knew she would be back in the office but again I have heard nothing. This is disappointing! I expect better from Audi.
