I have to say that I had excellent service from Raj at Motorrad Wolverhampton recently. I bought a new GSA from them and was able to get a test ride first to try the new auto version. The order was placed and Raj kept me thoroughly updated before it arrived and arranged a delivery for me when it arrived.

Whilst visiting sick relatives in Wolverhampton,I received a recall notification from BMW.
I duly booked my car into Sytner BMW Wolverhampton dealership to have new air bags fitted. Unfortunately my relatives health condition deteriorated unexpectedly forcing me to cancel for a total of 2 times within 3 days. Eventually I was given a little respite,on arrival at Wolverhampton Sytner BMW, I was really impressed with Rosie,, and not forgetting Dawn and Stacey at the reception, all of whom were very approachable,friendly,understanding and helpful even though I cancelled my appointment twice within 3 days.
On each subsequent visit,I could not help noticing that their welcomed smiles and pleasant nature remained the same thoughout my visits (to cancel 2 times within 3 days )
A workshop technician video was also sent which identified and highlighted areas of concern regarding the vehicle maintenance and safety.
I can honestly say that the service and hospitality I received, from the moment I
walked into the Wolverhampton Sytner reception, right up until I collected my car was not what I expected...It was Exceptional!
The car was returned really clean,the polite professional ladies mentioned above are a credit to Sytner dealership. Well worth the 140 miles drive..I am very impressed with the service provided by Sytner Wolverhampton...so reassuring..nothing less than 5☆.

Second time using Wolverhampton BMW Motorrad (So that says quite a bit), and once again the experience was spot on. From my initial enquiry regarding a test ride through to picking up my new bike the team at Wolverhampton BMW Motorrad were very helpful and professional. I was kept fully up to speed throughout the process by Mark and Ben in sales who were both excellent. Taking delivery of my new bike was a great experience thanks to the time taken by Ben to go through everything in the right detail for me.

I had the recall notice about the EGR or something, booked it in, took the car, job was completed and picked up the car in the afternoon, I had expressed a interest in service and asked for details, none coming.
Was then emailed about buying a car, said I was thinking about it, couple of emails then nothing.
This isn’t the first time customer service has been poor, last time it was and was totally ignored.
I have felt when in the Wolverhampton branch there is a measure of prejudice going on against people who don’t fit the brand.
All they seem to want is people with money and so called class.
And the lady who dealt with me was nice but her skirt was barely covering her modesty.
All I wanted was information on services but it seems they couldn’t do that.
And last time my car was in there they washed and cleaned the interior but the valeter was caught smoking in my car.
Not professional at all.

I purchased a bike from raj in sales, he made it simple and guided me through the process. Highly recommended and great to deal with. Would definitely use him and his company again
