This is my 4th. car from Mercede's and each sale has been with Craig Luck ( after the 1st. sale and thanks to his attention and detail he went through nothing was too much for him , his smile and banter made our visits a pleasure ... my wife and I look upon him as a friend now .... not a salesman ! He's a credit to your team , I know his job is to sell cars but at no time did we feel pressured and we will be using him again in the future I'm sure. Craig, you get 10 out of 10 from us .
