The experience was first class from start to finish, was kept informed at all stages from ordering to collection of car, any queries or problems were dealt with immediately,at collection everything was explained,app put on phone and could not have been smoother, a gentleman called Ben Goodier dealt with us and he was excellent, I would recommend North Wales Skoda to anyone . The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful with all aspects of changing cars from choosing a replacement to keeping us informed of delivery dates and hand over times, answering all the questions promptly. Then when the car arrived explaining the why's and wherefore's of the car taking well over an hour doings so. Making sure I knew where everything is and how it works before I drove off.

Poor advice
New to looking after a car after loss of husband
Warning light came on rang Skoda mechanic didn't know what it was get it towed and they'd look at it on a date 8 days away
So drove to another garage who recognized tyre pressure light and dealt with it problem solved in 10 minutes not impressed

Excellent service
Leah, the sales person, went over and above in the process of changing cars. She kept us up to date as well us spending time explaining the ‘new’ features of the car. She has also called twice to check that we were happy with the car and to answer queries.

Test Drive
I booked a test drive through the dealers website. On arrival was told that the member of staff booked to undertake the test drive was doing something else. To make matters worse the dealership had not organised the car I wanted to test drive. Had a wasted 70mile round trip. Would not feel confident now to buy a car form this dealership.

Excellent service from start to finish
My experience was buying a new Škoda. Dealt with Ben Goodier the service from start to finish was excellent. Ben and Nathan got me the best deal and I was very happy. The ŠKoda staff are the friendliest. Lot better experience than the VW showroom

From the outset i was welcomed by Dan who was friendly without being pushy he made the whole process a breeze stopping to answer any questions and going back over anything I was unsure about then keeping in touch to update me on the progress and extrapolated delivery date I could not recommend the service highly enough and am extremely happy with the new car

I live some 300 plus miles away from the dealer
Saw the car advertised on pistonheads and after a few phone calls and a video of the 10 month old Octavia VRS Diesel I felt confident to do a deal over the phone with Dan without seeing the car
Then the fun started I had arranged to drive up from Devon early hours of Wednesday 13th Dec and bring up my p/x and collect the VRS but on the Monday I fell over and broke my hip resulting in a complete hip replacement Tuesday morning
Dan set the wheels in motion and arranged for the car to be delivered to Devon Monday 18th not the excitement I had planned but it all went very smoothly
apart from now I have to wait until the end of January to enjoy the car which I am sure I will
Thanks again to Dan for making this happen and to the Driver Vic who delivered it

Thank you for the team working North Wales Škoda, I met Aston who's pleasant man and showed me 2 cars for test drive. Aston supported me to drive an automatic car for first time, although I've driving licence for 34 years but always driving manual ones within UK.
