Friendly and welcoming service. We spoke to matt who was brilliant . Very informative and genuine service. Unfortunately a change in our circumstances meant we couldnt go ahead with the deal , but matt was amazing none the less. A credit to seat and someone i would highly reccomend .

I recently bought a Seat Arona from North Wales Seat and cannot praise Arron Williamson enough. He was genuinely friendly, not pushy and very professional. His product knowledge was excellent without blinding me with science. I would definitely recommend Arron and North Wales Seat .

Went in a few days prior to test driving, Apryl was helpful and took the time to find me a car that was available to drive.
She then didn’t pressure me into a purchase but was able to find me a car which was well within budget.

The staff were a delight to have dealings with, good natured and polite.

From an administrative point of view, the process of collecting a brand new vehicle did, to an outsider, seem rather convoluted. Perhaps a system whereby one person takes the process to conclusion would be easier for a customer to understand.

This is the second occasion on which Arron has assisted us to purchase a new car, each time the transaction has been extremely smooth and hassle free.
Arron is so helpful and a good communicator. On this occasion we also had input from Chris and Laura. The former assisted us because we failed to fill in forms digitally but he made it possible for us to visit the showroom at our convenience and clearly explained the procedure. Laura handed over our new car and took possession of our old one, a really delightful young lady, confident, efficient and understanding.

I had made an appointment to pick up a second hand SEAT Ibiza which Sytner in Llandudno had arranged to move for me from their branch in Cardiff. I was kept in touch at all times with progress on the purchase and updated on the special Covid arrangements that were being operated at the dealership. On arrival everything was clear and all the paperwork had been prepared ready for the handover and part exchange. The member of the team who dealt with me was very professional and the whole process which could have been very stressful was handled smoothly and safely. The car itself is in excellent condition as I have come to expect from this dealership.
