Victoria is great help with sorting out my car problems ,Kev mechanic really knows his stuff. worked out methodically the persistent problem with my car. great staff always welcoming and cheerful. wouldn't go anywhere else .

My car developed a fault I rang service department told them the problem ,so they booked it in i had to take a day off work when I got there explained the problem told them management light does not stay on all time which i told the lady when I first rang about problem,so the technician said couldn't do anything with it because management light is not on so service department said if it happens again video it is got home and it happened again so videod it went straight back showed it to lady who dealt with me so booked it in again another day off,so three weeks later took car in showed lady from service department video of it didn't seem bothered said we will put on machine to find fault, so 4 hours later told me it's tensioner on timing belt, so why could they of not done that in my first booking they have to order a part for it ,when this could of been done 3 weeks ago ,in two minds to reject the car

I’m probably the last person to ask and a captive customer I bought my 1st Mercedes in1977 and had a few since then with my company and personally. Many of your staff I have known for many many years including Marty Shay who I think is still with you. My cars are always serviced by you and I ask that I get a realistic price for servicing and for purchasing. Not sure how many new cars but we have only ever bought from you. People deal with people and I was in The Motor Auction business for 59 years owning my own Auctions for 42 years. Times have changed I spoke to 5 people in your service team who I have known for at least 25 years some in your sales for much longer but they are getting old not sure about the future, but I spoke to a young man on reception meet and great team who had that 1 thing that cannot be bought
ENTHUSIASM. So maybe the future looks bright, I don’t need someone to ring me who thinks my car is high mileage at 60,000 miles if we both look after it it’s good for 200,000 miles. When I get my new car it will be from you unless The Chinese have shut you down

I been using Mercedes-Benz Of Teesside over 16 Years now. And the reasons for keep coming is the very welcoming reception's staff,clean and nice atmosphere waiting area .about the service team I met so many of them during the sixteenth years period and the customer's service they provide was very good.i will never ever forget one of the service team his name (Mark Moore) I never ever forget his excellent customer's service he always try to help,very friendly, cheerful person,he knows what he's doing ,confident and very well experienced he knows how to treat the customer's.
I'm always feel happy when he looks after me .
Also I will never ever forget the high Quality and the excellent customer's service from Mr; Jordan ( the service Manager) I really impressed by his outstanding service,very helpful and polite person .
Two days ago when I took my car for Service and Mot was an issue and sort it out straight away. Thank You So Much Mr; Jordan And Mr; Moore for every thing.

Had a great experience this week puchasing our new car. Havir was friendly and helpful as we spent the afternoon there whilst completing the part exchange process. We would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Teeside to all.

What made my experience great? From the second I walked in the door to driving away in my new car. From the great lattes and biscuits to the hospitality and kindness of everyone. Most of all Michael, he was with us through out our purchase. From greeting us to keeping in touch every step or the way. We sent questions via email and we always got a quick response. He sent us videos of our new car and always checking in to see if we happy with everything. Always a friendly and warm greeting. 5* is the most you can give but I rate it a 10*.

A professional and efficient experience from start to finish. Booking the service remotely was simple and convenient, followed by a warm and friendly welcome from reception when I dropped the car off. The dedicated customer service representative was excellent, keeping me fully informed throughout the day on the progress of the service. I was particularly impressed with the digital service records and review videos, which provided clear and transparent information on the condition of the vehicle and any work undertaken. Overall, a seamless, well-organised and customer-focused experience.
