When we got to the actual service and we had our courtesy car it was faultless and perfect, shame the lead up to this was terrible. Redeemed in the end.

when i arrived to collect the car the scrap on the front splitter was repaired?? under the splitter was many scratches one so deep bare metal was exposed !!!! surely this would have been identified on your final hand over check? guys i going driving with in Essex it seems just got that little bit more ! many have received a small gift bottle of champagne is the normal gift, i guess the dealerships all have different policy's

I sent my 812 in for its 3 year service and MOT and to fix a small parking sensor issue. Firstly it took 12 days however that’s ok as I have 6 other cars. But more than that, my parking sensor issue wasn’t actually fixed. The car is in warranty and yet the issue wasn’t addressed. The mileage on MOT was overstated by 5000 miles due to a KM Miles issue but that was later fixed after we brought it to their attention.

The whole experience was excellent, from my first enquiry through to taking delivery - Jack Bailey and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with - there was no time-wasting or bluster, no hard sell on extras, just top-rate knowledge of the car and a can-do attitude. He / they made buying the car the pleasurable experience it should be (but not all dealers do!).

I would have given 5 stars, but I had to call to chase progress on my car, the day after it was suppose to be finished!

We got off to a better start than usual in that they managed to pick up the car at the right time rather than the usual process of turning up hours late

When they collected the car I flagged two specific issues. The car came back but amazingly they had forgotten to stamp the service book. This is such a basic issue you just wonder what quality control there is. I then had to chase several times for it to be stamped and returned by post. I also had to chase several times to find the answer to the two specifics I raised at check in. In the end, they confessed that they didn't even know what one of them was
