I booked the service early because the…
I booked the service early because the car heating had stopped working (blowing out only cold air) which needed sorting. The car service was done on the day but when I was called to say it was ready I was told that they hadn't had time to sort the heating. I could have left the car to be collected the next afternoon but that wasn't a possibility for me so I have had to book it in again.

I waited for my car for its service but was not booked as a wait visit.
It did not make a difference as it was changed at the dealership to a wait and I did not have to wait long.
Just as good customer focused experience as always and kept up to date on progress and a follow up call to see if I had any issues of which there was none. Thanks again Audi service team at Leeds and Rebecca looking after everyone as always knowing her regular customers.

Happy to have done business with Audi Leeds once again!
We were taken care of by Hamnah who is a bright bubbly young lady. She organised for me to drive her car A3 SB as we were looking to upgrade our A1 Sportback black edition she was so helpful. Then we met Liam who was also helpful. On collection of the car we were delighted with its presentation, the colour & wheels were perfect. We were joined by Alex who did some paperwork with me & set up my Audi on my phone, then Oliver asked me to sign some documents both were great couldn’t do enough for us a really good experience with very nice staff. Happy it all went well thank you all thank you.

MOT experience
Nobody communicated with me to let me know my car had passed its MOT. I just got a visual health check video. I went to wait at the garage and even though they knew I was there, I got a text telling me my car was ready for collection.
