Excellent Service team at Audi Harrogate
I do not usually write reviews but felt I needed to write a review about the excellent service received from the service team at Harrogate Audi. After reading a previous review posted I think the customer must have been visiting a different Audi dealership as the service received with my wives car was second to none. The team are very knowledgable honest and polite. This is not the first time I have used Harrogate Audi and the service is always exemplary. Thankyou to Austin and Grace and the whole service team for their professionalism as always.

Consistently poor customer service
Consistently poor customer service. This dealership in particular seek to blame the customer for issues with their cars, avoid warranty work and contributions.
Since covid they sold their fleet of courtesy cars to boost their bottom line, further aided by reduced costs providing such a service. As a result it's a two month wait for a courtesy car.
Our car spent almost a month sat waiting for a part (on back order due to regular failings across the VAG group) - The car was returned to us with a dinged door and chipped paint. It took them two weeks to respond addressing the damage, and told us we would have to pay half the repair.
Despite owning many Audis, this will be our last! Primarily as a result of the service provided by Harrogate Audi, which does not put the customer first, and only makes you feel that any issues with your car are of your own making.
The Service Manager who has been there for the last 13 years of my Audi ownership, whilst discussing issues we had with binding brake callipers on a new car, declared "Im no expert, so couldnt remark on the excessive & uneven wear and tear of your brakes"....
Well, if the service manager of that duration doesnt understand basic principals of a cars braking system, god help the "Technicians" that work under him, and on customers cars!
That just sums up the dealerships technical know how, and problem solving.

Hi Brad, I am sorry to read that you have had a poor experience and it is incredibly rare that we receive feedback like this. Having discussed this with our Aftersales Manager I am afraid that we can not take responsibility for damage unless you have some kind of proof that we damaged your car onsite. Our extensive CCTV has not given us anything to support such a claim. In regards to your claim about us selling our fleet of courtesy cars, I am afraid this is not true, we run the same fleet as we always have but your correct there is a lead time. I am sure you are aware that there is a global supply chain issue and as such some vehicle parts are taking much longer than they did pre-covid. This would explain the lead time with regards to your car. I am sorry that you have not enjoyed our levels of service. Many Thanks, Nick Giddings, Head of Business.

Exceptional Service and Efficiency at Audi Harrogate - David and Jamie!
Upon discovering my desired Audi, I was promptly greeted with an introductory video of the car from David, an unexpected yet delightful touch. The cooperative effort between him and Jamie in the finance department was evident as they worked synergistically, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency throughout the entire purchasing process. Impressively, everything was arranged and finalised within just a week, and they even facilitated the car's delivery, sparing me a lengthy 10-hour drive. The exemplary customer service and professionalism demonstrated by David and Jamie have truly set a high standard. I look forward to returning in the future for an upgrade.

very long wait
very long wait. car dropped off at 1030 but work not started until about 4pm. I'm not a local resident so this meant hanging about at the dealership until 1730. Luckily I had my work laptop and the facilities for working were pretty good. Frustratingly, despite the long wait the car was not cleaned / hoovered as had been offered and agreed.

Good service received from Harrogate Audi
Good service received from the maintenance team. Having had a diagnosis of the dreaded mechatronic unit failure, I was fully prepared for the heavy cost involved in replacing this unit. Harrogate Audi offered me as much as they could in terms of reductions in cost to help me, and did the work in good time.

Very helpful and professional staff
We were attended to by Abbie Levitt, who was a consummate professional. She was extremely patient, helpful and understanding. There was not the slightest hint of the "hard sell" as she talked us through the options, in a considered and relaxed fashion, which were open to us and she then let us decide what best fitted our circumstances, without ever trying to influence our judgement. She outlined the schedule for delivery of the vehicle and we received our new car in precisely the time frame promised. Great from start to finish
From start to finish, Harrogate Audi were brilliant.
I dealt with Adam Gray and he was incredibly helpful. He dealt with my barrage of questions on the car and provided all the requested information / documentation in a very quick timescale.
Being based in the north of Scotland, I had to be sure that everything would be as expected and I was not disappointed.
This is my first Audi and it won't be my last. Can't thank them enough for the level of service provided and I would happily complete the 700 mile round trip for my next Audi.
