I wanted to purchase my second Maserati and given the fantastic experience I had the first time around, there was no doubt in my mind that I would get in touch with Steve Dadds to discuss purchasing a Grancabrio.
Steve was more than happy to help and nothing was too much trouble.
I was able to purchase a stunning GranCabrio MC with Steve's help and the process was seamless. James the Business Manager ensured going through the finance process was as quick and easy as possible. Steve and James ensured that I received progress updates regularly and I couldn't have asked for an easier and enjoyable buying experience.

This was the first time I had purchased a car by phone and online without seeing it. I live in London and the Maserati Ghibli was in Birmingham, but the whole process went really well. This was very much down to the great service from Paul Holmes, who could not have been more helpful. This included sending me two different videos of the car, which gave me a great feeling about what I was buying. He also ensured that the money side went smoothly, and the car was delivered to my house on the day and at the time agreed.
A great experience all round.

After giving such a great review when purchasing, I’m forced to write such a warning to prospective purchasers.
Customer service doesn’t exist. To be told they won’t be held responsible for supplying a faulty car (6 different major faults in 14 months) resulting in having your car off of the road each time, is quite frankly unbelievable. Saying they didn’t have the chance to repair the car is not my fault either. The warranty took the car to the closest dealer in their network each time.

The only thing they offered me to ‘compensate’ was to offer a test drive in other cars they can sell to me!

Andy Gibbs (Sales Manager) and MD Stuart Hood, will not help you in any way shape or form.

Just a great team with excellent customer service and follow up support; feels like a cut above the rest. I am so glad I went with them for the purchase of my first Maserati - a Granturismo Sport. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The whole Birmingham Maserati team has been fantastic. I dropped in a number of weeks ago and set them a challenge of finding me a Rosso Magma GranTurismo MC with low miles. I expected to wait months, Steve and James worked together and found me the perfect car in a matter of weeks. I know i was fortunate to some extent, but the network available to them made this happen. Prior to finding the car I was really carefully advised as to which car to go for and i had no assertive sales behaviour from Steve. It was complete trust. I found it to be rather unique and refreshing. At that point i knew I had the right people to help me get that special car. Since then everyone has been excellent. The front desk through to Amy in the business team. Can't speak highly enough. Thank you.

We've recently bought a Maserati Ghibli Sportivo X from Graypaul Maserati Birmingham.

It is a beautiful vehicle that we are ecstatic with, my opinion this vehicle is that is the best sporty saloon around, such a class to it.

We we also so impressed by the level of service provided to us by Steve and Amy in the showroom. Such warm, professional, knowledgable people; they made the purchasing process entirely enjoyable.

Positive experience all round, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A big difference to the local Jaguar distributorship who couldn't even be bothered to speak to us. Little wonder they are complaining of falling sales figures.

About to own my 3rd Maserati from Graypaul Birmingham, everyone I have ever dealt with are highly professional and friendly especially Steve in Sales who seems to know which car I want better than I do! Though I would like to single out Sat in Service for some recognition, Sat goes above and beyond, my GranTurismo has had several issues so I have gotten to know Sat quite well over the last 2 years, he has dealt with every issue (and there's been a few!) with efficiency, professionalism and speed, he's never faltered to get me back on the road, he has an amazing sense of humour to boot and even when I've rang him several times in one morning he never ceases to be anything other than friendly, patient, helpful and professional and I consider Sat as one of Graypaul Birmingham's best assets (don't ever leave Sat, I'll be forced to buy a BMW instead!)
