Had a couple teething problems after service on a Maclaren 720s but service manager sorted for a technician to come to my home address a day later
Andy head technician called a massive thank to him. Very punctual and sorted the problem out straight away he was very polite it’s down to him that I will give your team ten out ten

Had several services and MOT’s carried out at Bentley Manchester and been relatively satisfied.Sadly my car had corrosion bodywork repairs carried out here last year and the problems returned within 10 months and less than 800?miles yet Bentley Manchester refused to rectify this unless it was at my expense.To charge over 5k for 2 rear quarters to be blown in (not replaced or stripped back) and not back up their work is an absolute insult.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any paintwork as any future problems will not be guaranteed! My car is currently being stripped in a bodyshop,looking into what work has actually been carried out on these panels which I will forward to Sikkens.I will post findings on McLaren life in due course

Sometimes there's a little hiccup when dealing with a business. In these instances, it is the way the business deals with it that defines the outcome of the customer experience. This was one of those times, where a miscommunication threatened to leave me with a sour taste in my mouth. However, the service manager stepped up and went beyond the call of duty to resolve the error, at some considerable financial cost to the company. That restored my dented faith in Sytner Manchester and I'll be using them again in the future.

Josh was very informative and patient. They listened to my needs and tried to deliver. The process was fairly easy despite a couple of complications (our doing). The period from order to delivery was impressive. I was a little surprised that delivery was not done via a trailer! However, the whole experience has been good.

Came and picked the vehicle up from me which was very convenient

I always get dealt with by Leigh Taylor who’s attention to detail is second to none and always ensures your experience is a pleasure (besides the costs which come with owning a McLaren!)
Obviously you can go to specialists for the same service but I come here because of Leigh. Very happy
