I would like to take this opportunity to share the experience I had whilst purchasing a pre-owned Bentley Continental GT from Bentley Edinburgh. Right from my initial enquiry online, I was contacted by Paul Paxton, who put together a very professional, personalised video of the car. After a few phone calls, we agreed a trade in on my current vehicle, and finalised a deal that I feel was competitive. Paul arranged a hotel for me in the City for the night before collection, so that I could pick up my new car refreshed from my journey. On arriving at Bentley Edinburgh, I was greeted by Paul, and introduced to the whole team, who all made me feel extremely welcome. After the usual document signings etc, Paul gave me a full demonstration of all the major controls and toys in my new car to complete an educational and reassuring hand over. I was even given a more interesting route home to further experience the joys of the Continental GT! I have now had the car for 10 days, and have been contacted a couple of times by Paul to make sure that I was completely happy with my new car. My entire experience of Bentley Edinburgh has been perfect from start to finish, and would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10

My wife said I was crazy to buy a car online from the other end of the country (or is it another country?). But my faith was rewarded when the car arrived (less than a week after I agreed to buy it). It did not disappoint. Indeed, it is as swift and smooth as the service I got from Paul and the team. They were highly processional and it was a great experience overall.

The service was great all the way through. I purchased a bentayga, and everything was very efficient. A deal I was happy with was completed quickly and from there I had the car delivered just a few days later. Communication was great and the vehicle is exactly what I wanted. Thanks to all of the guys that helped me the through the process

Staff were there to help at anytime and with the understanding needed to help effectively. Seamless and enjoyable experience. This order had some specific requirements and Paul did a proper job of taking care of all of them to get us what we wanted.

With a little trepidation I bought a Bentley GTC without actually seeing it in the flesh as Edinburgh is more than 400 miles from where I live. Our first contact was Monday, I agreed to buy it on Tuesday and it was delivered in a lorry on Friday. Paul answered my numerous questions truthfully about the condition and history. He sent photos and did a live video walk round for me. It arrived on schedule and was exactly as described. The service and professional attention by Paul made this one of the best car buying experiences I have had, (this is my 21st car). I would certainly recommend Paul and the team at Bentley Edinburgh.

The staff are very professional and quickly understood the customers queries, which we found to be answered in a polite and knowingly way.

I was not informed that the car would be driven 160 miles plus each way to Edinburgh. Last time I got a car from this garage it was trailered. The only arrangement I was advised of was that it was around a three and a half hour journey from Edinburgh to our house which is about right for a van and trailer. When the car was returned, it had taken a detour with traffic problems and the round trip was circa 350 miles, impacting the cars value and emptying the petrol tank. The car was also filthy and took me an hour to wash and clean it in sub-zero conditions. I should have cancelled the service and had it carried out locally when the driver announced he was at our local railway station. On the car’s return journey I was due to get a call to advise the time it would arrive. No call was received. Bad experience, will not be repeating it. Did a good job removing a small dent tho

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Second car I have bought here and both times 10/10. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Don't go anywhere else!

We took our 7 year old grandson to visit Bentley and Lamborghini Edinburgh. Apart from the outstanding cars we were blown away by the way staff took time with our grandson, explained things to him and generally made us all feel really welcome. Thanks to Jolly and Scott (?) for their kindness

I was on vacation in Edinburgh and I was at Fort Kinnaird which just around the corner was the Bentley Dealership.

As a huge fan of Bentley myself and my friend went to check it out. To admire the cars, products and perhaps buy some merchandise and mainly take some pictures.

Made us feel extremely welcome.

Usually it’s a bit awkward going into a showroom full of expensive cars knowing we ain’t gonna purchase any of the cars just to look around.

But with Jolly around she made us feel like a VIP client even though we where just there to admire the cars, take some pictures and buy some merchandise which in my case I bought an official keyring from Bentley and my friend bought a keyring and cap. It sounds like a bit of silly reason to go to a luxurious car dealership but if your a big fan to the car manufacture it truly means a lot just to be in the presence of the work that goes behind the scenes etc.

It was definitely worth the trip to Fort Kinnaird and she even offered us a Bentley pen and an official magazine of Lamborghini for FREE.
As a sign that they appreciate the fact that we’ve come just to admire there products and etc. It Made us feel very special and welcome. Thanks to her the experience was awesome and I will never forget.

Since that day onward I’ve had nothing but respect for “Bentley Edinburgh”

Left a good review when collecting my bentayga in April, car developed some problems on my long drive home in April, since then it has been a nightmare the car went into Bentley Tunbridge in early may and after nearly six weeks and over £10,000 of work to bring it up to Bentley standards it is back, I have rejected it 3 times and changed my mind as I love the car but find it very hard to understand how they can send out a car with a big list of faults and half the scheduled service it was due completed prior to delivery, very disappointed and it’s certainly taken the edge of buying my dream car, Bentley Tunbridge where amazing and got it sorted through warranty

I have asked 4 times for my driving licence to be returned …. I’m still waiting. Other than that I am very happy with my car.
