Dreadful customer service. Lost a fortune on a Bentley Continental they sold me with various faults.
Never been back to me personally as some guy called Roddy promised.

Fantastic experience at Bentley Edinburgh. They went the extra mile with helping me every step of the way. Paul & Chris made everything extremely straightforward. Edinburgh is actually the smallest Bentley dealerships in the UK but my car purchase experience was one of the best.

Having bought several vehicles now from the branch in Edinburgh I can firmly say I am absolutely thrilled with every part of the level of service. Fabian, amanda and Emily all great to deal with if you have any servicing enquiries or need work done on any of your cars. Lewis sold me my lamborghini Urus S hes a great lad and superb customer services sorting me a few things to customise the vehicle all as part of the deal. Ewan was great he bought my lamborghini huracan off me and helped me deal with a few issues so another superb member of staff. Lately Craig and Paul in the Bentley side of the business just sold me my latest car and those 2 lads have absolutely lived up to the excellent standards this full branch has set. The Edinburgh branch is an absolute credit to the group there staff are all highly trained, highly knowledgeable and incredibly well versed in helping customers find solutions. I would have absolutely no hesitation not only in recommending this branch but also using the branch again for future purchases. I look forward to collecting my next vehicle from the Edinburgh branch who now has a customer for life

Having visited several dealers around the UK in the search for a Continental GT, the enthusiasm, communication, and information received by your sales person, Paul Paxton, prior to the sale was outstanding. It is fair to say that it was these aspects that prompted me to purchase from Bentley Edinburgh.
I can also report that once the car was received (delivered to me 200 miles away in an enclosed trailer), Paul was very happy to assist with further operational and technical questions about the car.

Great sales experience. Fast and easy.

I am not an easy person and was completely dissatisfied with my new Bentley Continental Hybryd. It is the most poorly designed car since the Ford Edzel. Having to open the bonnet to charge the battery with crocodile clips is rediculous in this day and age. I complained, Paul did not blink an eye and achieved a feat I would have said was impossible, he managed to sell me a Bentaga Speed in place of the continental. Hats off to Paul

I saw this car on the Bentley Edinburgh website on Friday 10/04/26. Received a video from Paul within 30 mins. Agreed the price and then took a trip to Edinburgh Sat morning. Taxi waiting for me at the station and went straight to the showroom. Saw the car in the flesh and loved it. Did some paperwork and then was chauffered back to the station. Car was delivered Tuesday Evening. An absolutely seamless and joyful experience. Thank You Paul and Thank you Bentley Edinburgh.
