Really disappointed at aftercare…
Really disappointed at aftercare following the purchase of a 150k vehicle which preceding this was really messed around by your financial services.
Planned to buy a Urus but probably go elsewhere after this.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Bought a Bentley Bentayga from this dealership. 5.5 days from first phone call to the car being collected and W12 GT going in p/x. From the first call the team were attentive, professional and courteous. A far better experience than my local Bentley dealership, sadly. Chris and Becky looked after me from start to finish. I’m glad to have given them my business and they will be the first place I look when the time comes for another Bentley.

I Have recently collected my new car from your Birmingham dealership
I am overjoyed with both the new car and every member of the staff, In particular I would like to give a massive thanks to Chris (Sales) who helped me find the right car for me and make the purchase an enjoyable experience, Carl was clearly at the helm insured all went through without a hitch.

My recent visit at Bentley Birmingham …
My recent visit at Bentley Birmingham was the most refreshing experience after 5 months of staying indoors. The staff there are amazing I recommend that you visit too, it is best to book ahead. Make sure you also set aside plenty of time for your visit as safety measure in place may involve fewer people being allowed .
With the current Covid 19 guidelines mean you won’t seal a deal with a handshake anymore, was a little embarrassed , I forgot and trIed to shake John’s hand , old habits hey, but he was quick to remind me to do the elbow thing which also shows the awareness the team have to ensure everyone is safe.

Found the initial condition video helpful. Informed of other items that required attention with relevant pricing which was good. Can not fault the customer service

First Rate experience
From the moment we arrived at the door of the Dealership to the time the car was delivery to us on our driveway the experience was first rate. James Waterman from sales quickly understood his buyer, he knew the areas we wanted detail and those where an overview would suffice. Great experience.

From the minute I entered the showroom…
From the minute I entered the showroom I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the sales team took time showing me all the stock cars and the pre-owned spending whatever time needed to make sure I was shown all the options down to interiors, extras, engines etc etc.
At no point did I ever feel under any pressure to buy and the whole experience was made very enjoyable even in these tricky Covid times which everyone handled very safely & professional.
Once I made the decision to purchase (which didn't take long) my new car everything was done as fast a humanly possible for me to drive it away the very next day and everyone including all the finance guys did play a massive part in this.
I am extremely impressed with all the staff at Bentley Birmingham and the Car is just amazing and is like no other car I have ever drove before.
Massive thank you to Lee Waterman & Mike Bowd for making my dream come true.
