The service was a okay but…you failed to fix the door
The service was a okay but you failed to remedy the door alignment issue. You completed my paperwork saying it was successful. You should have said you couldn’t fix the problem the factory sent you. They could look at themselves to sort out their body quality issues which I can see on all you models in the showroom.

Premium Brand, Premium Price, Poor Service
Car was delivered early on the 21/11 requiring a new wind screen wiper motor; still not supplied 15 days later; no clear communication that there would be so much of a delay!
Received a breakdown of work to be carried out which I signed - excellent process.
Received an invoice on the Friday 2/12 at 5.00 requesting immediate transfer of funds (no credit card). The invoice was not in accordance with the work detailed. As a loyal customer paid the £6,000 requested.
Still cannot guarantee when the car will be repaired OR offer/provide an alternative car.
As a premium brand, charging premium prices I would expect a premium service. This is not what I received.
