Sytner Bentley and Lamborghini always provide a great service. I have been using them now for a few years. The staff are extremely helpful. I always contact Claire Foster whenever I need to book my car in for a Service or complimentary Winter Health Check. She goes above and beyond and always provides a great service. She ensures all my requests are taken care of, she updates me regularly via email and phone when my vehicle is in the workshop and ensures it is returned back to me washed and cleaned within the time promised.

I use a number of dealerships in and around Birmingham to Service my other vehicles, Sytner Bentley and Lamborghini are by far the best prestige dealership I have used.

Kept me informed througout

The service was a okay but you failed to remedy the door alignment issue. You completed my paperwork saying it was successful. You should have said you couldn’t fix the problem the factory sent you. They could look at themselves to sort out their body quality issues which I can see on all you models in the showroom.

Nothing was too much trouble
Polite and helpful lady booking in for collection/kept in the loop about how the service went and arranged to drop the car back on time with no drama.

Car was delivered early on the 21/11 requiring a new wind screen wiper motor; still not supplied 15 days later; no clear communication that there would be so much of a delay!
Received a breakdown of work to be carried out which I signed - excellent process.
Received an invoice on the Friday 2/12 at 5.00 requesting immediate transfer of funds (no credit card). The invoice was not in accordance with the work detailed. As a loyal customer paid the £6,000 requested.
Still cannot guarantee when the car will be repaired OR offer/provide an alternative car.
As a premium brand, charging premium prices I would expect a premium service. This is not what I received.

James Waterman was the prefect representative of the Bentley brand. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and made the process simple.

Brilliant service arrived on time and brought my car back

I went to see a read gtc which was £110k I had put a holding deposit on it as I live 3 hours away when I viewed the car I just did not like the colour but I saw a beautiful w12 gtc this however was £180k I was not under any pressure to buy any car all they wanted was for me to be happy with there service I was, and picked up my new beautiful gtc from James thank you all this is and has been my dream car for many years and now I
